3 eggs
a pinch of salt
80 g (6 tbsp) icing sugar
90 g (1 piece and a little more) melted butter
1 tsp vanilla
400 g (3 1/4 cups / 14 oz) flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Baking pan 25 cm
🧁 Cream
40 g (3 tbsp) corn starch
100 g (1/2 cup / 3.5 oz) sugar
2 eggs
500 g (2 1/3 cups / 1 pound) Greek yogurt
250 g fresh raspberries
Assemble the cake as shown in the video
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C / 350 F for 50 minutes
Let the cake cool completely. 2-3 hours in the fridge will stabilize the cream

🍰Cake base:
1 egg
50 g (3 tbsp / 1.7 oz) sugar
Peel of 1 lemon
40 ml (2 tbsp / 1.4 fl oz) vegetable oil
50 g (4 tbsp / 1.7 oz) flour
3 g (1/2 tsp) baking powder
Baking pan 20 cm / 8 inches
Bake for 15 minutes at 180 °C / 360 °F
🍋Mousse:
10 g (1 1/2 tsp) gelatine
100 ml (1/2 cup / 3.5 fl oz) water
Mix and set aside
Melt before adding to the lemon cream
2 eggs
50 g (3 tbsp / 1.7 oz) sugar
Peel of 1 lemon
Juice of 2 lemons
20 g (1 tbsp) butter
Add melted gelatin
200 ml (2 cups / 7 fl oz) sweetened cream (30%)
Beat until firm peaks form
Add lemon cream to the whipped cream
Mix well
Assemble the cake as shown in the video
Place in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours to stabilize
🍦Merengue:
150 g (3/4 cup / 5 oz) sugar
50 ml (3 tbsp / 1.7 fl oz) water
Make syrup
2 egg whites
a pinch of salt
Start by beating the egg whites
Add the syrup by pouring it thinly
Decorate the cake with the merengue

Cream:
250g (8.8oz) ricotta
50 g (3 tbsp) sugar
1 egg
Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 C / 350 F
