60g (4 tbsp) sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
2x 250g (1 + 1/4 cups) cream 33% fat
3g (2 tsp) gelatine
20g (1 tbsp + 1 tsp) cold water
Leave in the fridge for 3 hours

150g (3/4 cup) sugar
160g (1 cup) flour
16g (2 tsp) baking powder
60g (4 tbsp) vegetable oil
45g (3 tbsp) boiling water
Baking pan 28x18 cm
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ℃ (356℉)
For chocolate blueberry mousse:
18g (6 tsp) gelatine
120g (1/2 cup) cold water
500g (3 cups) blueberries
60g (4 tbsp) sugar
50g (3 tbsp) water
200g white chocolate
400g (2 cups) cream 33% fat
Leave in the fridge for 15-20 minutes
Leave the cake in the fridge for 4 hours
300g (1.3 cup) cream cheese
100g (1/2 cup) cream 33% fat
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
50g blueberries

5 eggs
A pinch of salt
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
150g (3/4 cup) sugar
120g (3/4 cup) flour
30g (3 tbsp) cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder

Bake for 30 minutes at 180℃ (356℉)
For blueberry cream:
18g (6 tsp) gelatine
120g (1/2 cup) cold water
300g (2 cups) blueberries
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
400g (2 cups) cream 33% fat
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
500g (2 cups) yoghurt
Leave in the fridge for 15-20 minutes
Leave the cake in the fridge for 4 hours
For chocolate layer:
150g chocolate
75g (1/3 cup) butter
