Hello Ma'am I am Adyasha and my age is 17 yrs . I have been continuously doing your practice for about a year and guess what , my body structure has changed a lot . Initially I was having thin body with fats around arms and thighs ... Now my body looks entirely toned and I am weighing about 55 kgs. Thank you so much ... I will look forward for learning the practice from u in future .

Thank you for this video. I found it a bit in a hurry, especially the breathing counting. I stopped after 16 minutes because I did not feel to have enough transition time.

How does praying in sanskrit help, u dont even know what u ended up praying for.

The aim is to understand you can lesrn sanskrit or translate it. Words are sacred with or without ears to hear them

@@pepittocrunch I dont believe words are sacred. Dhwanaytmak mantras are. I would talk to God, assuming it works, in my own language and not in an ancient language
