I really enjoyed the breathing pace during the "ending sequence" exercises, because it helped me to bring me deeply into meditation! This is the goal of my personal yoga practice! Thank you!

It is "salutations to the knowledge of consciousness, its tradition, all the past Yogis and all the gurus. I am that consciousness which has no bondage, no cover and all-pervading" as Upanishads elaborate. It is a mantra to offer salutations to the entire tradition of spiritual seekers, irrespective of their approaches.

I'm surprised that people are wearing jewelry while doing yoga. For me, taking off all accessories is a prerequisite, just as taking a shower before entering the yoga space.

This video and many others from this guy keep showing up in my daily history EVERY DAY and I have never watched it once. I think there is something sketchy about the number of views this video is getting. I'm just not into this form of yoga or a guy who appears to be inflating views. Misleading.
