This song came on the radio in the car a couple of months after my wife left leaving me to care for 4 little boys from 1, 3, 4 and 6 years of age. I'll never forget looking in the rearview mirror as 3 of my boys started crying, even though we had only listened to just the beginning. I had to turn it off and explain I would never leave them. It's a great song but sometimes makes me tear up 11 years later, thinking about their sweet faces in the rear view mirror.

It isn't until you hear the song, but you realize, he doesn't want to leave. He knows he has to, but he doesn't want to. The vocalization really helps understand what's going on with the inner struggle between having to, but not wanting to. But it's those drums and that coordination, that really makes us feel the anger and anxiety decision like that takes to make. It's a very powerful feeling that they have tapped into. When the listener realize it's an experience or an emotion, they can relate to. It will leave you speechless, at first. The thing about Zeppelin is. It doesn't accidentally hit you in your soul. It was designed to do that. As musicians, it is our job, to arrange music and words to elicit a specific response. And nobody, does that better, then Led Zeppelin.

My favourite band of ALL TIME. Musical genius. Love that you’re discovering the music that influenced me as an artist and musician. Pink Floyd, Stevie Ray Vaughn, Led Zeppelin. One of the few good things that has come from the COVID 19 restrictions is that people are at home, chilling out, and taking the time to listen to music that was meant to make you stop, sit down and put headphones on and take the time to immerse yourself in a musical journey. Rock on! And welcome to the club 🤘

auto-tune is an abomination. you can either sing or you can't, end of story. But there are good musicians out there. go check out Rhett Shull (kzfaq.info/get/bejne/hLypZ8ZlspPRcok.html). Even Zeppelin used tech. all of those guys were inventing new devices and tools to make the sound they wanted. the difference is in the instrument. Page, jones and Bonham played more traditional instruments, kids now use computers as instruments. its a matter of taste. I prefer the sound of traditional rock instruments (guitar, bass, drum. heavy on guitar)

Uh, no, that would be The Rolling Stones who, after nearly 60 years, are still turning out records. Keith turned 77 a week or two ago. Three years ago they packed a beach in Rio with 2.5 million people...for one show of a bunch of guys in their 70s. I love the first two Zep albums, but they don't even come close to "greatest" anything. Jimmy Page was considered as lead guitarist for the Stones at one time, but...just couldn't quite cut the mustard.
