I remember that Liverpool game well. Liverpool had a great side, and that one may well have been their best side ever. Still, I was highly shocked and disappointed that Leeds failed badly to defend their 67 point record that day. Having said that, this is the first footage of the match I've ever seen, and it does seem that Leeds were truly outclassed that day 😔

The West Yorkshire Police training films are a gold mine in these documentaries. Another great presentation. The unfortunate thing is the decline gets more and more painful to watch. Great work again though.

That Liverpool side was the best side I ever saw, a shame about their "only sing when they're winning" fans. Didn't deserve such a team
