In this video, we'll show you some exercises that will help increase your circulation and reduce swelling in your legs. Foot and leg circulation and blood (and even lymphatic) flow can be improved with exercises. Hello, I don't have cancer or recovering from it, but I am overweight. I have been diagnosed with lymphedema and I get swelling really bad in my thighs. Is there a proper technique with getting the swelling down out of the thigh area?

This always makes me wonder. If exercises or bandage allow you to reduce the volume of the leg to normal size. Why the leg cannot be cured permanently?

Bonus tip: Proper circulation mirrors your heart health - cold hands/feet is a sign that blood is not circulating properly! Don’t ignore

Why wearing shoes while taking exercises? It hampers the movements.

Would have helped if you wore light colored pants. The black ones hid your movements and wasn’t helpful.
