You did mention Ares is the worst choice for Chiron special in the beginning, but I do sometimes play Chiron specifically with Ares special to try and dovetail into Dire Misfortune and get those big impacts. Probably suboptimal, but still fun.

Hey, DampDad! Just wanted to say thanks lots for this video (as a Chiron main) for helping me finally finish 32-Heat! Basically just imitated your Mirror and Pact set-ups, but I practiced and practiced in that 32-Heat environment with the Bow with other builds (Aphro-Dio, Aphro-Art, Are-Dio) until I could do it myself in finishing, before actually getting around to just trying it with the Sea Storm combo just a few moments ago and that finally being my clincher in finishing it as well, basically circling back to this video 😭😭😭 The Sea Storm combo from the two younger brothers + last-minute help from Demeter (Nourished Soul helped get me back to full after Styx, and her Attack was the finishing touch of my core boons) really what got me through, but also thankfully got ahold of two great Special Chaos boons and Ares' Blood Frenzy helped lots, too. But anyway I'm really just yapping here mainly due to gratitude since this vid is what finally set me up in getting around to trying and finishing 32-Heat, with the right Mirror & Pact formula that I have always been looking for. Not to mention, how I still continue to learn to use my Chiron bow, and other weapons too like the Hestia rail, thanks to your advice (especially with the importance of Swift Flourish, and the tip of moving immediately after Attacking, rather than going straight to shooting Specials, and finally the true power of Companion Antos!!). In any case, thanks again DampDad, and I'm staying on the ride to Hades 2! ⚡🌊❄️

P.S. Had 7-extra seconds on my finish time, still, being not too lucky at the Styx (was I really?) but with at least one DD and Skelly's DD left still even amidst the shaky hands 😅 ...caught a Trout instead of a Sturgeon tho, but checks out!

Poseidon legendary apparently procs the duo boon, so it might have had some use in this run in particular

Exclusive Access unironically carried this run. All those purple boons, increasing the likelihood of the duos and legendaries, but also just giving you massive stat bumps over them being blue and white. Don’t forget all those purple boons he could dump to afford a (purple) rush delivery in the last shop

I've gotten a handful of runs with Exclusive Access in Tartarus and they were all some of the easiest runs of my life LMAO Also, I'm really enjoying this continuation of the intro cough detail, it's so silly 🤣🤣🤣

I like to have Ares on the attack and anything else on the special with Chiron Bow, basically huge damage spamming attack then special. Concentrated Volley and +4 special shots if you can get them both, if not then flurry attack and something else attack and ignore special still works.

I know this was a very small part of the video, but on silk song. I want the game to come out when the devs think its ready... no sooner maybe later for further polishing. I'm not even a huge hollow knight fan, but I know the game is special and deserves all the attention it needs for the sequel to be perfect.

Maybe I'm in the minority, but I love Zeus-Artemis on Chiron. Zeus on special with pressure points and hunter instinct fills the god gauge crazy fast.

The fact that you "casually" do a 32 heat run for funzies is MAD WILD bro lol. But serious question please, what is your technique or point of focus/emphasis when dashing? Like, you take damage of course, but its still minimal overall and you're very efficient.

On Chiron? JawlessPaul made an attempt a while ago where they did as best as they could, and it sucked. It can likely work, with generic skill, up to somewhere in the mid-upper 10s in terms of heat before it's lacking damage gets you killed, depending on how you distribute that.

You can stand on top of Hades during the lasers and not take damage.

man i wish i was this good at the game (can barely clear heat 3 on chiron and havnt cleared anything with any other weapon) But i have fun! (yea im new to hades)

Don't worry, most people start slow. At some point the game clicks for you and it'll become easier. A good tip to know is that a lot of the game is about the decisions you make in a run. The more you play the easier it becomes to know what to pick and what to hunt for. Watching a lot of videos helps as well, you get to know the boons fairly well by just watching and paying attention

The Poseidon legendary would have done more damage than Razor Shoals.

@@logancamp9098 Mm. I'm not sure about the math, but wouldn't getting double procs of Sea Storm and.. uhhh.. the one that makes bosses take extra damage from knockbacks do more?

@@Justkidding277 they take extra damage from attacks that deal knockback, not from the knockback itself, so I don't think it would do anything. I also don't think sea storm would work like that for the same reason Zeus isn't good on chiron special, there's a minimum time between lightning hits so it still would only proc once
