Don't watch this video if you have eyes.
This is what LEGO Island looks like for me with the Direct3D Device set to Ramp Emulation (without dgVoodoo, in Windows 10).
Everything turns kinda magenta, while some surfaces like the beach, race track cave walls, minifigure heads and hats, and foliage all have an extremely pixely crystal look with frequent flashes of green and yellow.
I don't know what causes this, but I would like to know if anyone else knows. This doesn't happen in older operating systems (or when using dgVoodoo), and I've also seen this with a few other old 3D programs.
This is probably the highest bitrate video I have ever rendered. You can probably guess why. youtube will probably still compress it too much even at 1440p.
Played on Windows 10, using LEGO Island Rebuilder github.com/itsmattkc/LEGOIsla...
LEGO Island Rebuilder settings: Unhook Turning From Frame Rate set to True, FPS Cap set to Uncapped 60, Model Quality set to Infinite.
Direct 3D Device set to Ramp Emulation.
Recorded with OBS 28.1.2
Recorded at 640x480 resolution, 60fps. This video has been upscaled from 480p to 1440p.
