Yes I know there's some fake LEGO, I got scammed on eBay thinking I was getting a good deal but unfortunately it was too good to be true. So to all you eBay buyers, be extra careful about buying sets if the price seems too good.

I’ve always wanted this set, too bad by the time I found out about it it was off the shelves completely. I don’t modify my LEGO sets because of the fear that they might break. LEGO needs to release a new one this decade, I hope it’s bigger than the 2007 version and not a tiny letdown like the 2014 version

I just ordered mine from amazon ( new but a little over priced but just in my price range) hopefully it's not going to be a rip off or anything, I would love to see a tutorial on the droid rack and if at all possible a complete piece count. I paused the video and counted each stud for a pick-a-brick order (which I won't actually order until my set gets here so I can double check everything) but man this design is so simple yet so good. I'd also like for you to clarify what you gutted from the inside, another dude who's video I watched said there was only a few little things he had to change. Also just for the record the little "clamp" holding the racks up is fantastic. Last thing - do you suppose lightsabre pieces would be able to replace the pole bars? I'll probably order both just in case but does the friction of the connection point of the pole bar help keep them up or something? Thanks if you can respond.

Quick question. I noticed you are using 2 technic arms of 7 hole lengths to make the mechanism for lowering the droids. I am just curious why not use just a single 11 length technic arm, avoiding the inconsistent 3 hole gap between lower and middle rack, but also would held bring down the height by one brick and length of the rack down by 1 stud. (Other then that love the work, sadly wish the newest version was larger so it could be modified like this)

It's awesome the set you did good modifications on it but I found out something guys put pause and look close to the brown doors from the MTT this is a fake lego set cuz they don't have a hole in the pieces look closely guys you will see it's fake set

You said you got it used off ebay right? Dude im sorry to say this but i think you got scammed, because every lego brick has the lego logo on its stud, but while watching i did not see the lego logo on the mtt, only the bricks you used to improve it had the lego logo on they're stud
