I love the Death Star II promo, it is my personal favorite on this list due to the Death Star being one of the most iconic pieces in Star Wars and the 40th-anniversary brick made it even cooler!

The new droid carrier set is just so… perfectly smooth. The slightly unique pilot droids. The very smooth and aesthetically pleasing build that looks like an HD remaster of the classic (while having more functionality.) the small touch of the dark gun metal blasters rather than the classic black. The calm, empty, nostalgia-inducing box art. Perfectly captures the windows xp screensaver vibe of Naboo. The fact that it has both 25 years of Lego Star Wars and 25 years of phantom menace on the box. It’s all the little things that they nailed that push it over the edge for me. They got every little detail right and cut literally no corners, and that’s rare for them as of recently. Personally I think this will age as the best promo ever and the resale value is going to explode.

Ryan, a question - where did you buy those photo frames for the polybags from? For my minifigure display I used Ikea Sannahed with a white baseplate and an angular LEGO plate 1.5 BOT. 1X2 2/2 SKU: 6097637 to mount them. But your frame seems to be way smaller.

I know it's a bit late but Malaysia had a special may 4th promo for three old poly bags TC-4 Stormtrooper Sergeant R3-M2 For minimum spent 179 RM each; this year.

Do you think the cost to get the GWP will ever come back down? I'd forgotten how 'low' it was as recently as 2021, but the £145 UK was brutal even if the set was very cool. Glad to see you gave positive feedback on the 2021 Tatooine set. I've got it sitting on my desk and love it.

The box is damaged on its sides pretty badly... I wanted to keep it in the box sealed, but since the box is ugly now I do not know what to do...

Been buying since 2019 and having any kind of minifigure and set is the only deciding factor of whether I buy through their official site or just go to a different place. But this year they also made huge discounts on many sets. Saw they took a big chung off of the UCS AT-AT. I personally would not spend that much on lego at once but I did end uo buying sets I wasn't gonna buy originally thanks to the discounts but mainly because I wanted the droid carrier remake. Last year I didn't go out of my way to get any GWP Beru's kitchen and the droid carrier have been a good self birthday present each year. I'm eager to see if they do something this good or better next year.

Im guessing that Whatnot stream where you sold every singel lego Star Wars set, is the reason we didn't see any KZfaq content for a couple of days. Unfortunately I didn't watch it, but my wallet wouldn't be able to handel it. Glad to see you back on KZfaq where I can stimulate my Lego addiction without spending money. :)
