want to mention that although its stats make it only a knock off of glacioclasm its the the only kinetic slot high impact with perks this good. this opens up your options to all of the energy weapons in the game, even if its not as good as similar fusions, its slot makes it truly one of a kind (for now, until they add an actual good kinetic slot high impact)

Yo lego! I noticed that you mentioned handling you talked about how amplification works very well but you also can forget about the strand aspect thread of ascent which gives stow and ready speed multipliers reload speed and handling! Also would a charge time mw work with your roll?

Liquid coil and charge time masterwork and Acc. Coils and charge time masterwork both show 920 charge time but liquid is +10 impact. Am I missing anything?

Hey listen, I know your main focus is fusion rifles. But can I pick your brain on a roll I have? I have a Crown Splitter roll with a unique interaction; Enduring Blade so that I can have a large magazine, and two block/counter perks (Flash counter to weaken and disorient, counter slash to boost damage). With no surge mods, one heavy slam with both perks active does 140k damage. I have the highest DPS against Crota when I build into it. Seeing as you are someone who analyses unique perk combinations, what do you think?

Correction, Hatchling doesn't require headshots for no precision weapons. GLs, Rockets, and Fusions can get threadlings on non precision kills

You take build crafting to the next level and hype it up to the fullest, which is pure joy all around. I got a stability master work but all the other perks you suggested. Is it still good? Or does it need 5/5 to be good?

This is why I'm a Hoarder!😅 Hammer Forge, Projection Fuse, Fragile Focus, Elemental Capacitor, & Charge Time MW. I Prefer MW as it's bit faster while still having 88 range! I've also got 2 with that that Controlled Burst / Envious for PVE & one with Lead from Gold😊 Great on Strand Builds

I use Fragile + Kickstart + Shadebinder. Its an amazing combo.

Does low stability not matter much on high impacts (or fusions in general) ?

Wizened Rebuke with Under Pressure and Backup Plan, and try to max out the range; if you freeze the target by using Stasis Warlock and then switch to Wizened Rebuke it will kill any and all roaming supers instantly, plus it's just a really easy way to clean up the kill on any frozen target. Backup Plan essentially gives you Quickdraw built into the perk itself for fast weapon swaps; both Backup Plan and Quickdraw max out your handling to 100 when switching weapons but Quickdraw also gives a buff to the weapon switching animation speed as well, so it's not really necessary to run both perks together since you already get most of the benefit of Quickdraw inherently built into Backup Plan.

I got one with that roll but only 60 range (plus 20 from fragile) but with void sun class and masterwork I got 55 stability. I’ll try it out

To be completely honest i hope these cassoid weapons are never focusable. It's refreshing being excited about a god roll again. Managed to get crux termination with reconstruction and explosive light and i haven't felt that way about a drop in god knows how long.

Hatchling doesn't just need precision. It is precision OR rapid kills. On the third rapid kill hatchling will proc until you stop rapid killing with the weapon.

I dont know how useful this is but i think it is the only fusion to hit 100 stability with elemental(void) and under pressure

Fellow Fusion Fanatic here: Great video, but you missed two REALLY big points. 1. Controlled Burst still procs in PvP, and it give you 80 a bolt for the followup kill. Even though it takes less bolts to kill than the 5 composing the whole shot it'll still activate. I think the bolts hitting the vaporizing guardian still count. It's a contestant for the top PvP perk in the damage column in my book. 2. The CONSISTENCY of the spread pattern. This thing MASSIVELY benefited from deterministic recoil, and it is the ONLY high impact in the game with a deterministic spread pattern. Go shoot it at a wall a bunch of times, and you'll see that it follows a pattern of having two bolts around 7o'clock and around 3 clustered around 1 o'clock. This predictability makes stability (and even recoil direction) matter even less. The difference is huge and is a factor in gameplay that shouldn't be underestimated. Bungie may have stated in the past that fusions wouldn't benefit as much from DR, but trust me, you gotta see for yourself. This weapon has more going on under the hood that stats alone won't show you. Keep up the great content!
