Came out delicious! I add e bit of Limoncello in both creams. For a 26cm sprinpan you need about 7 Gelatine sheets. For the Lemon topping about one big spoon of starch - you‘ll find out. Check consistancy. And I put lemonchests into the cheese cream! Thats the was like Nadja wants us to creat our own mixture!

Der Kuchen sieht so lecker aus. Und deine Performance ist sehr erfrischend. Leider finde ich keine Zutatenliste mit Mengen- und Grammangaben. Ich würde den Kuchen sehr gerne nachmachen und nicht nur das Video anschauen. LG aus Deutschland 🤗

@@ravenraven966 freshly baked cheese with no gelatine to stabilize it is so much better. Also can be put in the fridge overnight so it holds it shape
