Salt - 1 tblspn + 1 tspn or to taste
Oil - 2 tblspn
Hing - 1/4th tspn
Mustard Seeds - 1 tspn
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tspn
Black Pepper Powder - 1 tblspn or to taste
Sugar - 1 tspn, Optional to balance acidity
