Lemon Pie with Condensed Milk

Hello friends! Today we are making this delicious Lemon Pie with Condensed Milk! Our Lemon Pie features an almond cookie crust, a delicious creamy and tangy filling, and it's topped with caramelized lemon slices.

Almond Cookie Crust
6 tbsp unsalted butter at room temperature 85 grams
1/2 cup powdered sugar sifted 62 grams
3 tbsp almond flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 160 grams
Condensed Milk Lemon Pie Filling
2-14 oz. cans Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk (800 grams)
3 yolks
1 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp lemon zest
Caramelized Lemon Slices
1/2 cup 120 ml water
1/2 cup 100 grams granulated sugar
2 sliced lemons

You can do the same caramelizing with thinly sliced oranges, and after the slices dry, dip in dark chocolate. YUM!

Hello! I was super excited to make this pie! I’m actually baling it RIGHT NOW! I had a question, my mix looks quite thin while yours was nice and thick. I followed the recipe, so I’m wondering what went wrong with mine? Any one got some answers or tips?

@@PiesandTacos Thanks but how much almond flour and how much AP flour. Too many missing pieces to this receipe looks good though, I am getting lemons and I have sweetened condensed milk, Want PIE! thanks
