Ingredients for lemon cookies: 400 g fine flour
12 g of baking powder
2 whole eggs
120 g of powdered sugar into the dough
60 g powdered sugar for rolling the balls
100 ml (1 dl) cooking oil
The juice of 1 large or 2 small lemons
Grated peel of 1 lemon
2 pinches of salt
1 small sheet of baking paper
Bake the cake in an oven at 180 degrees C in the lower upper baking mode on the middle shelf for 22 minutes.
