I really enjoyed this video! My request would be that in the next one you include more examples of each techinique and let us see them for a little bit longer. I am someone who learns visually, which is probably why I like food presentation in the first place, so I would like to see more beautiful, interesting plates. Thank you!

I’m a chef at a country club and we’re really pushing to put ourselves into a finer dining category and your videos have been a ton of help!
