Justin - I think this mindset is especially valuable for the current market where there’s a lot of new price discovery and firms underwriting cannot be based on assumed macro growth. Every deal must work as a deal in and of itself, without relying on rising tides.

Would you rather do: debt and structured finance at cbre, investment sales at cbre, or do cbre investment management acquisitions? And let’s say all above are on top teams so everything is equal. Which would be better in the long term and which pays more out of undergraduate? Thank you man
