I think this was the best advertising for Hello Fresh that I've seen! It satisfied all my curiosity about how it comes, what it looks like in the bags, etc. Everyone else just recites some standard marketing speech and then briefly show themselves cooking and consuming which tells me nothing! After seeing hundreds of people promoting this company, this is the first time I've actually been interested and considered ordering. Great job Jami and Lester!

Jami, when I was getting ovarian cancer treatment, surgery, and chemotherapy....someone purchased these 3 times a week so my husband would have everything to cook for my boys and himself. They would be great for busy days, when you’re tired and don’t know what to cook - sometimes, I think one of the most common questions that go through a woman’s mind, or whoever is the main cook in the kitchen, is “What am I going to make for dinner tonight?” You open your fridge and voilà, there is dinner, with all the fixings, just waiting to be unpacked and cooked. I think even an amateur cook, could probably whip up an amazing tasting and impressive looking dish, with one of those dinners and meal card directions to follow. I have been doing hello fresh for a couple of years. For two people it’s perfect. That tilapia is one of my favorites and just had it this week! Another favorite is their chicken sausage spaghetti and can’t forget about their mushroom risotto yum.

I had Hello Fresh while I did Nutrisystem (I had 3 meals for 2 people sent every 2 weeks and I Would use them as reward meals-cook one, freeze one, since it’s only me here) and it worked well!). Since then I got another car & a car payment, so I can only do one meal program now - but I may do HF again soon … the portioning works for me & I do like having it come to me! Food was delicious!(and, yes the meats are frozen usually) their burgers are delicious

Jami, I’ve been looking at Hello Fresh for awhile. Cooking for one or two is difficult. I like this idea, a lot. And, my brother is going in for surgery, ordering for him and my sis in law to enjoy when he comes home to recoup. And, I’m all about that charcuterie board, too! Wish a refreshing cocktail, or two, on the patio. You’ll have to educate Lester on the “fun” portion of charcuterie, kinda like being at the Melting Pot. My son ordered me “ Home Chef” a couple of years ago for Christmas and they are delicious .I chose 3 meals and I usually end up enough food for 5 days.

I absolutely LOVE Hello Fresh so much but sadly I cant afford it. I love that there zero waste and you don't have to think about what to cook lol. Have fun with the kits ! I would choose the snack tray 1st and anything 2nd and so on!! All of their meals are delicious 😋

Great idea that you don't have to worry about forgetting an ingredient for a meal. When I make a meal or dessert I have to make sure I have all ingredients and their on my counter. Since it's only me I find it hard to make many things without having to eat it for days or freeze which I rarely do. I would love to see you both prepare at least one of the meals together. I did that for awhile! I was gone a lot and it did not fit into my lifestyle. Delicious and healthy food! Easy directions, easy to follow! My favorite was carrots chopped thinly and put into the oven that were yummy! Lots of surprise combinations, too!

Good morning. The meals look wonderful. I agree with Lester about the onions on the hamburger. Raw onions really don’t like me. The meals look balanced. The charcuterie would be something I would use as a mid-afternoon snack. It would last several days.

We have Hello Fresh for a while now and enjoy it. If you stay on top of it and can choose what you would like to try. Otherwise, if you forget to choose, you end up with what they picked, which isn't bad either. The ice packs sometimes come in handy for other uses, too, if you refrigate them right away.
