I'm in the same space, my dream used to be my escape and I tried to remember them during the day when things were hardest. Now I have nightmares all the time and my days are nightmares as well. Please if you see this, you are NOT Alone in feeling like this & even tho it is "somewhat comforting" saying or writing out there in the universe for someone to see or read. ".. giving way below me, and I don't care" Even tho it's really hard to believe that anyone could possibly care if you were gone; They do care!!! Even if you still don't believe it and you have NO idea Who I Am, I CARE!!! I hope you see this and even tho it seems insignificant and still very hopeless I care & maybe intimate touch doesn't help you; it doesn't help everyone, but I want you to stretch your arms out sideways as far out away from your body as possible, really really stretch out even if it hurts a little bit that you stretch so far, then close your eyes tight (read this message 1st) then quickly close your arms tight around your self, AS TIGHT AS YOU CAN & at the last tightest grip, relax your eyes staying shut still but just barely gently closed. Now keeping your arms tight around yourself and your eyes closed & relaxed, pretend it's ME (a complete stranger) Giving you the best holding supporting hug you've ever had and KNOW THIS: I CARE. My name is Kendra, and I care about YOU, I love YOU, and I would be very sad and hurt if YOU left me(took your life) by choice. Please remember this. Just so you know it wasn't even a week ago that I wanted to take my own life ( I still struggle everyday & especially every night when I have nightmares as well, even when I think if I just go to sleep and sometimes pray I don't wake up. Somehow when I wake up or am startled scared awake like I just was over an hour ago now tonight. I think if I just had someone to listen to my story and see my pain or feel how I feel; then they'd understand!!! Well Hun, I understand how you feel and I care about YOU and just believe that as Hard as you can when I hugged you. P. S. I can give you that hug whenever you need it most & as often as you need it!!! Just BELIEVE I CARE & I LOVE YOU!!!!
