A wonderful solo... Especially for a beginning guitar player like me it gives a lot of very techniques - pre-bends etc. Thanks.... Alex

Excellent tuto.. it seems like just before G Harrison does one the last bent from A to G at the 15 fret, he kind rakes or hits really fast another open string or note..I am not sure exactly witch note he hits.. It's really subtle it could be a ghost note of a muted or odf an open G string.. I could be wrong..

You're right! I went back and listened and an open string accidentally comes through. It sounds like the B string to me. Normally I really listen closely when I do solos but this one seemed so simple I did it in about 10 minutes total.... Thanks for pointing that out. I doubt it was intentional and kind of surprised they left it on there but it's really not a problem it's so subtle as you say.

@@LEADSOLO I am glad you noticed also I am not that mad after all ..haha.. As you assume also, I think it was one of those beautiful accident that happened.. Actually in my book, it gives more of an organic feeling to the solo.. Over-polished productions like Spector usually did or Alan Parson's example, sound too asepticised and mechanical to me.. I guess in the finally mix when they heard it,George Harrison must have told G Martin (or the infamous P Spector)) something like « F..this»! Leave it this way! No way I am going tp do this again..Back then G Harrison wasn't a happy camper with the Beatles anymore.. It was probably recorded live while playing with the others, rather then played isolated in a booth on a single track.. BTW I really love your channel, and the repertoire of classic-Prog Rock you pick from. I watched it for a long time. Your playing is very fluid and your explanations are quite clear.. BTW I was never an SG guitar fan but when I saw your beautiful one with the inlays and how it sounded, I sure changed my mind.. If you ever run out of ideas, there are are beautiful songs also in the alternative rock era with band like the Smiths, Siouxie ... that don't necessarily have a lot of solos but nevertheless great guitar jewels to reveal..
