@erinnelson434

No. The problem she is faced with here is that she does have strong opinions. They are nothing to boast about, nor would one want to admit them especially in front of congress weighing your ability to be a fit Supreme Court Justice. She favors ped 0files, [misspelled purposely] She sincerely sympathizes with them and violent criminals and sentences them as minimal as she can - even lower sentences than the law allows. That is why she skates around the questions. She wouldn't want to be caught admitting the truth about her opinions.

When a person is lying, it’s quite obvious in the way that person answers a questions. They beat around the bush and try to avoid answering the questions That woman is a judge and she can’t remember?? How did she even become a lawyer if her memory is that poor? Is she the same judge who couldn’t define the definition of a woman?? Omy! Telling the truth is definitely not her forte. I hope the truth is exposed. Why is this judge more sympathetic to criminals rather than the victims? This is not a true judge.

She's tip-toing around soft- pitch Q's, she's clearly not interested in convicting and imprisoning criminals., & doesn't think imprisoning is a deterrence to criminals. Her answers are clear that she really doesn't think punishment is a deterrence. She doesn't want to answer the Q's BC she believes punishment doesn't deterrence, and criminals shouldn't be punished. How did this woman become a judge, she's on the side of criminals not society, or victims. Typical liberal Socialistic philosophy. But she checks ideological boxes, so she must be deserving of a seat on the SCOTUS. Uuuuuuuuuuuugggghhh. That's worked so well by appointing Kamala too. No merit, just identity.

@meme-qk7jq
@meme-qk7jq Жыл бұрын
The "Corporal punishment" needs to come from the parents. The public school district that I was in had many extremely physically abusive teachers. On the schoolbus, we had to sit in silence with our books on our laps & hands folded on top. We had a student bus monitor. If we were caught whispering to the person next to us, the monitor took down our names. Immediately upon arriving at school, we were marched to the principal's office & received the wooden paddle. Also, we had to all lineup outside for 5 minutes before we could enter the building. If we whispered or fidgeted too much, yep we got the paddle. This was the EASY punishment. The TEACHERS were much worse. In 1st grade we sat in horror as a fellow student was violently shaken first by the shoulders, then by the neck and slapped back & forth across the face several times all as ONE punishmemt. I do not even know what he did. Whatever it was, it was next to nothing. She destroyed this boy's life. He never did well the entire rest of grade school years. Another teacher's punishment in 2nd grade (for the simple crime of whispering, "can I borrow a pencil?" & a simple yes or no whisper back) would be to wrap masking tape over the boys mouth & all the way around the back of the neck 2-3x. That way it would catch the fine hair at the back when you pulled it off. The girls were taped from ear to ear. Sometimes we were shut into the overcrowded coat closet. I suppose they achieved the behavior goal as I don't recall witnessing any more abuse until 7th grade. Our music teacher would call the boys up front, twist one of their arms up behind their back. Then, while still holding the students arm, the teacher would make a fist with one knuckle being prominently extended & dig that knuckle into the students back & twist his knuckle hard into the students back in the kidney area. The teacher added the threat, "I'm gonna getchyor gizzard boy" using a deep growling southern drawl. In 8th grade, the same lovely music teacher came in totally stoned. He couldn't walk straight. He was attempting to play "Pomp & Circumstance" for our graduation recital. It was more like incoherent banging of the keys. What do you expect a bunch of 8th graders to do? We were giggling. All of us tried told hold it in. It was pretty hard. So the teacher, who was easily 6'4, stumbled up on the stage with us. Then PUNCHED OUT the smallest boy in our class. Knocked him out cold. The boy was suspended for disrepecting the teacher. Nothing happened to the teacher. In fact, he was allowed to continue teaching there for numerous years. Until one day, as he dug his knucle into a student's back, the boy jumped in pain & it broke his arm. Now they finally fired the teacher. Also in 8th grade, our science teacher used to wear huge clunky rings. As she walked around the classroom, if she noticed a boy not paying attention or possibly whispering, she would sneak up behind him & clunk him on top of the head with the back of her hand & that very heavy ring. Then she would say, "You knucklehead!" Imagine my surprise a decade or so later, as a schoolbus driver, the students were spoiled monsters. There was no monitor. They were loud & unruly on the bus. They left trash on my bus & cut up my seats. The schools refused to discipline the students. I only drove one year. By the end of the year, I had started smoking to calm my nerves! The discipline needs to come from the parents! Do you think that we complained to our parents when we were disciplined at school? OH HELL NO!!! We prayed that the school did not send a letter to them💥 I am very much against SCHOOLS using corporal punishmemt.

Wonder what is like to be the victim of crime, and how terrifying and traumatizing experiences no one has to suffer or go through - due to criminals mindset and criminals psychology. And, for judge to reduce sentences for the passions for the release for the criminals plea verses the victim’s unfair sufferings, with more crime on the street? When those loose strict policy when it is allowing more viability and evident in allowing for criminals to do more crime. This little irritates me. When it is concerning the national security matter (trafficking and smuggling) with public safety for Americans. Wonder if judge is on the side of the justice, of the criminals with reduce sentencing for it to reoccur with believing in giving ‘opportunities’ with ‘unpredictability’ that will have to be imposed on the sufferings to innocent civilians?

I’m happily requesting death penalties with retribution law with Hammurabi code (wonder if you oppose or believe in this judge? In giving more opportunities to the criminals based of those two factors - opportunity and unpredictability - to cause more crimes and innocent sufferings, hence - public safety and national security for all lawful U.S citizens who have constitutional rights, and you as judge have obligations to reciprocate/acknowledge according to the constitutional rights of every citizens and it’s victim of the crime) due to the the extreme violence for the criminals with evidently repeated to cause forever on going crimes targeting the victim’s life giving no value for profiting called capital murder - with judge’s belief in reducing the sentences in believing in criminals facilitating deviant and unacceptable behaviors causing dangers to people called crime - due to believe in giving opportunities to the offenders (to some of those whose lives are already gone - not repairable - wonder if that effects you close member of your own personal sufferings you have be the targeted of the intended criminals with specific criminal purpose with criminals psychology - and, do know what it is like? May I ask what if that effects you? How would you respond? Would you still say giving opportunity to do more crime and to target the victim for not being dead? Cuz that’s what criminals mindset is. Wonder if you comprehend this criminals prosecutor background judge, respectfully with honor to the judge and censorship, AND equal opportunities for all, including the victim who didn’t suffer the real physical death just because have not allowed opportunities to commit to do so, in this country?)

With giving opportunities to the criminals - makes me upset and want to gag/throw up. Including sex offenders and rape that is very serious crime and why it happens with controlling and power human with killing in nature - feeling satisfied as results from criminals offenders. Wonder justice system is being placed in the right place with criminal. offenders reducing the sentence from the offender’s ‘plea to be released’. Also, reasons why the criminal conducts are endless on-going and increased in number results in doubling and making multiplier effects due to this - releasing sooner or less strict with dangerous crime. Time to reconcile who is enabling the crime where all of criminal conducts are supposed to be treated as such, as the judge says but things she says with her belief in accountable, and giving opportunities (disproportionately unfair with the victim and unpredictability to cause more crimes as the numbers to tell - how this radicalizations increase very readily with criminals ideology with the same patterns - should all be recognized by now). Something upsets me and annoys me as knowing what it is like to be the victim of crime just holding onto the bare life line through a hoss till have to suffer the death due to injustice system. Therefore, oblige and support strict harsh consequences for such types of crime. Because - accountability and repetitiveness these types of crimes for not being harsh from giving no value to human’s worth called ‘victim’ for victims of the crime of the ‘perpetrators’. Thank you.

Why didn’t Forbes label Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson’s name properly at the bottom of the screens headline, the same way they made sure to label Tom Cotton as “Sen.”? I genuinely want to know. Does a Doctorate degree only apply to a doctor? Shouldn’t she always be labeled as a judge because she obtained a doctorate degree? I’m confused. Or is Forbes just being disrespectful on purpose?

When you don't take a position on anything, you're not qualified to hold ANY office that is to represent the will of The People. When you cannot answer "yes" or "no" to ANY question, put before you by Congress, then you are not qualified to evaluate or judge cases in the Supreme Court, the highest court of this country. When you refuse to answer "NO", when ANYONE asks you if our country would be safe if suspected terrorists/enemies of the state, held at Guantanamo were to be released, your allegiance to the United States is untrustworthy. When you were interviewed, over the course of two days, regarding the most notable case of your career, and during which, you discussed and answered questions regarding your evaluation and judgment of said case, then, when the same questions aee posed before Congress and you say, "I don'r remember", you are not qualified to remember the basic responsibilities of a Supreme Court judge. All we got from this SUIT is WORD SALAD! No conviction, no passion, no opinion JUST GAMES. OUT!
