* Cucumber : 2 cucumbers
* Dark soy sauce : 75ml
* Sugar : 10g
* Water : 45ml
* Chicken stock powder : 5g
* Vinegar: 20g
* Sesame oil : 5ml
@ Eagle claw
@ roasted sesame seeds
@ Chili pepper
***Instructions
[1] Cut cucumber.
[2] Lightly fry cucumber.
[3] Add seasonings and saute.
[4] Add spices at the end.
[5] Place in the refrigerator for one day.
[6] Serve.

[1] It is OK to eat immediately without refrigerating for a day.
