Sid likes people but he loves talking to people more. Sports is fun but a narrow sliver of the overall gregarious supernova of personality that is Sid Seixeiro. Enjoy BT!

I live in the states and watched sportsnet for tim and side and hockey highlights. Now ill probably never see Sid anymore since I dont live in toronto. sad day

I actually like seeing sid on BT but kind of Miss the old days of when the show was more professional When Kevin Frankish was the anchor because Dana can get a little out of control I think lol but when I honestly first heard Sid's mom called in the show it brought me to tears because I lost my mom vassa papadimitriou back on October 16 1988, 33 years ago when I was 16 years old. She died in her sleep from a brain aneurysm at 38 years old which i miss her so much

This is like when Jordan retired to play baseball. Sid will come back to sports. This is such an embarrassing downgrade except for the paycheque (probably)

Traditional sports media is dying, ESPN, TSN, Sports Net etc is slowly disappearing into irrelevancy, I mean, ESPN recently slashed 500 jobs, TSN fired Dan O’Toole , Bell cancelled all sports radio formats. Sid is just being proactive and getting out before he gets let go, it’s actually smart. Do you think Tim & Sid will last another 2-3 years the way things are going? Sid is jumping a sinking ship, and that ship is sports media.

@@mikestone7185 the sports media is shifting to things like social media and podcasts. Right now I would say things like barstools podcasts are bigger than any tv program or radio show.

Oh, leave Sid alone. After all his so called *”personality”* is the *perfect fit* for one of the cheesiest shows (let alone, morning shows) this country has ever had the misfortune of producing.
