My biggest fear with getting into fighting game is A. not taking the time to learn the buttons and jumping into Mash Mode, and B. Not knowing which character would feel most comfortable to play as.

A Fire Emblem fighting should be team based in order to include the weapon triangle. My favorite X-Men is Wolverine, mostly because he's equally interesting as a solo character as he is apart of the X-Men team, plus I love how he is apart of historical events like that he fought alongside Steve Rogers/Captain America in WWII. In fact I once read someone pitch an idea for WW1 story involving Wolverine where he teams up with Francis Pegahmegabow, a real life First Nation/Canadian Sniper who was active during WW1.

9:32 TBF they made a "balanced" version of Saitama as a Free DLC later on, which is a reference of a dream he had in one of the first episodes.

If they want a Fire Emblem character in a fighting game I say look at one of the Beast characters like Keaton from Fates or any of the Beast Lagos from the Radiance Sage

1:42 the problem is that said choice made the HD port unavailable for Nintendo consoles because they used a Nintendo only character. Even if it's more known for the inclusion of Link then it makes it worse when possible future re-releases can't have it.

I got 2.5 problems with the idea of a Fire Emblem fighting game: Archers, Mounted Units, and Casters.

Look up any kitchen sink fighting game and you'll realize how un-problematic that is. Mortal Kombat alone has fighters like the ones you just described.

I mean, I will admit this is coming from someone with hardly any experience in fighting games, so visually, in my head, I find it hard to see an archer getting jumped at in close range or mounted units more loaded with low attacks. Flyers like Pegasus Knights and Wyvern Lords constantly being out of range. the .5 is for Casters because that I can seeing more fluid and fun to craft for. I guess my ignorance here is being a major wall for me here.

What are your thoughts on the developers for high fi rush shutting down. Whats worse about it is one the pitching a sequel and second in the same week they a Microsoft guy (i dont remember there position) said that they wanted smaller games with reconigtion (literrally what high fi rush was a "small" game that got a lot awards and yet they got lay off)

I stan a lot of crossover characters. When Dragalia Lost was still active, my main team was Euden, Joker, Megaman, and Chrom. My main team on Shin Megami Tensei Dx2 is Sonic, Guts, Bayonetta, and Dante. And, of course, my main team on Genshin Impact includes Aloy. Anyone familiar with what I am known for on the internet knows why.
