Picking is the toughest technique in guitar playing. To Master the picking technique I've been working and teaching for more than 20 years.

Hi Ozz. I recently learned of some hand stretches for guitar. Im sharing them as they have helped my speed, instantly. I use the self handshake and palm to palm wrist stretch every few min during alternate picking work. I hope you find them as priceless as i do.
