I've had the 064s a couple weeks now. There's beans that sometimes linger in the hopper and I'll have to push them through with the brush that was provided. This happens even more so when using RDT. The extra .2g was likely from the fines collector which came down using the knocker. That's consistently how much drops when I grind 18g for pour over.

I have a Gaggia classic pro and a Rocky grinder love them both. I bang my Rocky to get the retention it's fine lol.like you said were does it end. I can pull better shots then are local coffee shop at home cheap and enjoy the process. What ever you have appreciate it and have fun.

Doesn’t a coffee leveler just make the top nice and flat? I received my Duomo tool a few days ago and my puck prep is so much better, and no need to use a leveling tool, I just give a little tap and the grounds are settled nicely.
