The Race for Life is tomorrow! I'm really excited, i feel that it will be super fun

I totally get what you're saying about a memory foam pillow. I got one a couple of years ago because I was having some discomfort in my neck. Much better now. Gotta love Spicy's comment section, especially on the more parodic videos hahah

Hahaha omg I think it's because more people who aren't subscribed see them and don't get his humour lol 😂 and yeah they're really good, sometimes in the morning after I've got ready for work I'll find spicy on it too 😂sneaky

Old school trick of using dry bar soap in the zippers will keep them working smooth for a long time..how old of an old school trick...hell I'm 52 and my long passed Grandpa told me this one,still do it today and still works great lol

Haha well it was the closed zip that kept opening That reminds me of using soap bars in shoes to soften them to reduce blisters

@@Reenomeano haha whoops I'm not sure on one that will not stay zipped as its never happened to me maybe something tacky/gummy to get the teeth to grip (spray tack from a hobby store maybe)

OMG I have the same!! I had bad asthma as a kid but its mostly gone now, the only time it flares up is when I run OUTSIDE. Something to do with the cold air, it feels like a ice burn from my throat to my lungs and after it calms down I cough up half my weight. Try running in the gym, I found the temperature controlled air really helps, but some gyms run too cold.

Yeah in winter it's alot worse I don't go to the gym I normally work out at home

After I broke my back and pelvis (and after healing from said injury) I did Yoga and Pilates, was really hard work, but great for mobility and a complimentary exercise to doing weights and running etc too. Good luck with RFL

Thankyou :) and yeah, I do like to do my regular workouts of toning and building a bit of muscle and the yoga really helps me relax and hleps me stretch as well as improve my strength

I also have a memory foam pillow which has a high ridge that supports my neck when I sleep. It's brilliant 😉🙂

Glad the backs gotten better nice to see a chatty video up again look after yourself get spicy to give ya a lift during the race using your asthma as an excuse ;)

I like the HJC helmets and yes it's white coz my gear used to all be black so hleps ads some reflective and contrasting colours

@@Reenomeano I went as white as possible with all my gear, both for safety and heat errrm reflection and for clothes is really hard to find smth that fits all the check marks, seems 90% of them are all black, or a variation of black. And yeah HJC are nice, for me it was a matter of what fits my head, SHOEI is to narrow, Scorpion, Nolan ... REALLLY narrow. ARAI was a good fit but MY GOD those prices ....

Sure I'm up for that do you like to ride or be ridden😆 it's good exercise don't have an asthma attack. Why couldn't you of wave back? I suffer severe migraines and I've been taking magnesium supplement and they've gone away haven't had one for a few weeks now. Yes I have problems with my neck and shoulders and stuff like that, You might want to get an inversion table bit expensive but best thing you can use all your life just 10 minutes a day you hang upside-down

Isn't it boiling hot riding in all the protective gear in the summer? I want to get a motorbike but I feel like I might suffocate with all the gear on 😄

Haha it was pretty hot tbh but was quite windy so wasn't too bad I'd rather be sweaty and safe that cool and no skin lol

Can you tell us what the jacket is? (I did have a quick look at Spicy's Chanel but to no avail). So hard to find well fitting women's jackets. Thank youuu.

you can have a new jacket. if i could, i would have made one and send it to you myself.... i want to start making motorcyclist jackets. it would pretty useful considering i come from a family of motorcyclists. 11:06 and reeno, don't spend a butt load of mony on one of those, save some mony: kzfaq.info/get/bejne/otCTlKV008fbYqc.html (time stamp3:12) i did it myself and helped me alot.
