I've definitely enjoyed airsoft suppressors over the years. I had one that was filled with rubber baffles which was really quiet and cool. But I've always loved the pts m2000 m4 supreasor with the foam and spring combo I think the spring does a good job keeping foam bits from getting in the way

In my exp, A 200×40 can with acoustic foam and a 3D printed baffle in the middle did the best job so far. Good luck!

With GBB, it depends. My Cybergun FNX45 with the TM suppressor, has noticeable volume and tone difference. On my APFG Rattler, I’ve baffled the suppressor with foam, and that also has lowered and changed the tone. Yes you still will hear the action, but there is a difference.

When i've tested suppressor foams before, I found a mix of two materials was better than just using the best of the two.

You forgot one very important thing and why a lot actually run them. Longer inner barrels without looking weird.

The Madbull gemtech suppressors of 2010's came with some kind of wonder foam in them that absorbed SO MUCH noise and I have no idea what it was. It was not indestructible though and disintegrated after a several years of use and abuse

I´m using the BEgadi PBS-1 Mocksuppressor, sometime on my E&L AK74N and E&L AKs74UN and they get a bit quiet, the whole sound of the guns get damped. Now i´m using a Putnik Suppressor with a Tracer unit for my 74UN, it fits the look of the gun and it´s nice for CQB and Tracers. On my Tac41p i have 2 Suppressors, the SB DTTS .308 work extremly good and a Roedale Modular .50cal Suppressor (40,5cm x 5,4cm ) just need some good foam inserts and the Tac41p is freaking long with it.

I've been looking at extending my inner barrel to get better range ect so a suppressor would be the option I go forward will make my mk18 look better

great video. I originally loved suppressors ot maybe the idea of them. I found that I cant live with a ones that leave outer barrel so the diameter goes from barrel size to the suppressor size, hate it. I thought if I used outers that left a bit of room before the end of handguard but didn't really consider how some don't fit especially ones that are girthier than your handguard. lol I thought I would like them more if they were different than most likely an osprey but the barrel isn't centered so to me it looks weird on most of my rifles. I found a triangular one by g&g but it cant be made flush with a handguard easily and I weights about as much as the whole rifle. got the little G&G arp kind but it is so small its either leaving a gap or its to far in the handguard. I tried barrel extensions of various sizes but that didn't help. I cant stand them on pistols unless its true to scale 007 with a PPK. my brighter c and bi-frost don't fit in them. I only one I use is a no name 4.5" black chunk of aluminium that makes my sr25 a honey badger looking front end. I threw 2 angel customs away because I hated them so much but when I see your MPX with its suppressor I feel like everything's right with the world. If they worked at all to suppress sound I would be interested in something that was capable of that so you're my last ditch effort to warm back up to the suppressed lifestyle. I excited to see if you can turn me around. I hope because that would be a positive and positive anything is always 100 times better than a negative. seriously you are well versed on this subject and any info you provide is taken by me as gospel so I'm looking forward to your findings. cheers mate
