My neighbor Harley built a lot of fences in Missouri. He told me that he always cleared ten yards on both sides to avoid limbs falling and knocking his wire down. This included property boundaries.

Increasable job well done. Even with the added on extra work Chris got it done. People don't understand sometimes that if you don't survey and fence property properly your neighbor can legally seize portions of you land on their side of the fence. It happened to my dad on our property. About 2 feet got sized by him because the person before us who sold my dad the house didn't out the fence on the lot line. But then the jackass got hit with a huge tax bill and penalty for underpaying his property taxes for a couple of decades for that strip of land so at least my dad got a good laugh out of that.

With operators that are as fast and good as Chris, once they are on a bid job, the homeowners feel good enough about them to let them go hourly on many side projects or just expanding the bid project. They see how much he gets done and how well he does it. Chris is really good but so are many many others , the difference is how he takes pride and makes sure his jobs are just in that top tier of quality!
