Miss this show. In this studio before he got in the big studio. Staying up late to watch this falling asleep and awoken to my brother laughing so loud he couldn’t contain himself. Actually one of the few good memories I have of him.

JR...absolutely gorgeous. Ever since I saw Pretty Woman as a 10 yr old in 1990 (don't ask lol) I was obsessed with her. It took the entirety of the 90s for me to get over her lol. Still a fan and not obsessed anymore, but she'll always be my first love hehe

Well, you're half right. JR never was blonde, look up her childhood photos. That enormous mouth and beady eyes and bushy eyebrows? No. DH is a thoroughbred who is so feminine and sexy, as well as a talented actress, easy and natural in her own skin. She doesn't work at it like that walking orifice. She is a 10, JR a 7 at best on a good day, in my opinion.

Wow. I've never seen this interview. It 100% explains the sexual tension between Dave and Julia all these years. Notice she said she was 'tossing pencils into the ceiling?' Holy cow. THAT'S why Dave started that? Good for him.

I wouldn't go so far as to think there was sexual tension. I don't think JR liked Dave like that. Dave maybe, but not her. I think they just had a purely plantonic and flirty relationship as the years went on.

Julia’s laugh on camera is exactly the same as her real laugh. And it’s so appealing. She’s done some fine acting, but you can’t learn, or fake, that natural appeal. She was born with it, along with that big sexy mouth, that elegant nose, and that Botticelli hair. That’s right, people, life is not fair.

it was 'FGT" that had that weird 'cannibalism' plot twist at the end. No human meat was using in the making of the pizza in "Mystic Pizza". At least that is what it claimed in the end credits. :-P

Julia giving gorgeous looks toward the end of video. Incredible beauty. And so much at home with herself. {Ladies, a tip: There is nothing sexier than a women at ease with herself. So, even if you are not that way, if you can fake it, you will be the center of male attention.} Happy she made friends with Daryl Hannah. Daryl and Olympia Dukakis were the only non-Southern women in Steel Magnolias. Sally Field's mother is from Alabama, I recall. Shirley MacLaine is from Virginia. Dolly Parton of course from Tennessee. Julia Roberts is from Georgia, near Atlanta. Olympia's character I think was said to be from Savannah. There are Greek folks in Savannah since the early 1900s if not earlier. Don't know if the story was tweaked to accommodate her being in the film. Steel Magnolias is a chick flick, with the main attraction being the interplay of the women, and each one's individual performance. The dialogue and plot are not great but the ensemble makes it a good view. Julia and Sally did the heavy lifting, but Dolly, Shirley, Daryl and Olympia were a good/great casting combination and pulled their weight.
