Welcome to the Letterman KZfaq Channel, home to all your favorite clips from Late Night and Late Show - as well as conversations with the writers, producers and performers who helped make it all happen. The language may strike you as quaint & flowery, the clothing comically lacey & ornate - but that’s how things were back in this colorful and now bygone era.

I'd check out the Retrowave music genre if I were you... The midnight, FM 84, Timecop 1983, Sunglasses Kid and a LOT more are putting a fresh face to the 80's sound and have been for a few years now. It can never be exactly the same, but these bands are giving us Gen X and Xennials a small piece of it back.

If i could turn back time I would find my way back to the 80s I don’t know why I did the things I did but if I had a chance I’d do it all over again, my very first bootleg was of Eddie Money and it was this tour from Pittsburgh and the tape didn’t last very long I believe I played it until it came out of my cassette deck on it’s own

Just after I turned 60 last year, I have realized that most of my best years are behind me and time is closing to an end soon. Looking at these two great artists sing is a great joy. They remind me of those good old days. Sadly they are gone now. Life is truly short. Don’t waste time thinking it will last. It don’t. Get all the things done that you want done. Travel, learn a new language. Experience all that you need to do. Because in the end, time is all we have left and for some it’s not enough. RIP Eddie and Ronnie..

I love how awkward he is while performing and completely unashamed of it lol. I’ve recently discovered how awkward of a person I am after getting divorced and dating ‘normal’ people or someone who was just as awkward and sensed my awkwardness within 10 seconds of meeting. I hope to be in a place someday where I can embrace being awkward lol

I know what you mean. I was an ugly child, I mean even at the park on the see saw I had to jump from one side to the other. I tell ya it was tough being ugly. 👌

Okay. Who else got chills when Ronnie Specter literally MATERIALIZED on stage next to Eddie for her part for that live television broadcast? My God. This wasn't the flashest performance you've ever seen or heard but it was absolutely magical beyond words. To be there in the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City to watch these two legends do one of the best songs he ever recorded live... I can't even imagine it.

I remember this song 🎵 like it was yesterday, can't believe that they are both gone, RIP EDDIE AND RONNIE. The song reminders me of 1988 and the amazing times I had that summer. Can't believe how old I am now...

I was 16 in summer of 88 so you can’t be much older than 50-55. We still have lots of life ahead of us. Enjoy the years that’s left. At least we grew up in some of the best of times.

I can watch young Eddie Money day and night... I always adored his music, but have only recently seen the videos. A good thing,too- I would've definitely run away to be his groupie, GF, wife or anything else he wanted. Especially his Little Baby... Take me home, Eddie!!* RIP🎉🎉❤🎉🎉
