Try this subliminal recording while you sleep tonight: • Affirmations For Love ...
Paradoxically, letting go of an ex to get them back may seem counterintuitive, but when you start looking at the situation from an energetic level, it starts to make a lot more sense.
You see, when so much of our energy is focused on the other person, there isn't much left for us. And if we aren't able to feel ourselves, there's going to be a huge disconnect.
After all, how can we expect them to feel us and connect with us if we can't connect with ourselves.
So the first step then is actually about letting go.
Let's talk about that in this video...

Trust the process of letting go. You will be transformed by it. No matter what the outcome, not being attached to it is liberating. You CAN NOT lose when you approach it with this strategy. Trust the process of letting go of attachment to outcome. It is NOT the same as giving up. Thank you Clay for your-and your team’s work!

Hi Clay, First and foremost, I am happy to hear your mom seems to be doing okay. I hope this is something that continues to stay progressively positive 🙏🏻 I appreciate this content. You’ve gotten me through a lot of tough situations with my ex, so thank you. I am struggling currently with building a connection with my ex. We’ve been separated for about three months now, but about two months ago he expressed interest in talking and seeing if we could find happiness together. After chatting, we felt pretty good about pursuing a dating relationship, but hadn’t solidified it yet because I had some travel coming up and we wanted to really think over our chat and the things that we would need to feel good about dating again. When we were supposed to reconnect, he pulled back because his uncle was diagnosed with cancer and was given just a few short months to live. This had taken a big toll on his mental state, and I noticed his communication became less frequent and more formal, even with me giving him space and understanding he needed to prioritize that first. When we reconnected after I noticed this disconnect, he said he feels it’s not right to leave me hanging while he figures out his emotions with all of the struggle he is currently experiencing in his life, and he feels he can’t be what I deserve right now. I told him that I wanted to be by his side in the good and the bad, but I couldn’t force my presence in his life and wouldn’t want to unless he wanted me there too. So I’ve pulled back these last few days and haven’t engaged in conversation. Is the best thing to give him space right now and not contact him? I love him and want to be there for him, but he knows this and hasn’t seemed to want to move forward given his current mental state. He did say he would reach out if he felt like he was ready, but he was feeling anxiety entering any relationship right now. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you!

Hello Clay, thanks for this video ! Timing is quite fun because I'm in this particular situation right now of taking some distance, not from an ex really but a guy I had a "situationship" for 2 years. He tends to get scared when things start to be a bit intense and intimate, and to freeze. Last year, he told me he met someone and we drifted apart before I followed your advice about nurturing the emotional connection and we kind of got back together. I felt like we really hit a new level of trust and it went really well for several months with the both of us making efforts to communicate and be clear and honest. But he just went back into sabotage mode a few weeks ago and this time it was too much for me. So I've been following the advice you give here for several weeks now (change my perspective on things, focus on myself, and also identify why I've been feeling so exhausted and unfulfilled). And I really feel like I'm regaining energy, power even, on myself and my life. I still love him of course and even though I have no idea how things may evolve, it feels quite comforting to know that it was not only out of need :) I hope your mother feels better, and thank you again for the advice you share on this channel !

Hi Clay, thanks so much for your video's and I'm glad your mum is doing ok. I've just managed to let go of the concept of a guy who I was seeing for a month and he ended up pulling away and ghosting me when he decided he didn't want to get in to any commitment as he'd left a 6 year relationship less than a year ago. Our connection seemed so strong and real, it's the happiest I'd been and I'd never felt so sure of someone being the right person. But I ended up projecting and asking him to not go or to speak to me but he kept ignoring my messages, most of the time not reading them. He agreed to see me just over 3 weeks ago and it was just a normal conversation over a drink with no mention of issues and now he's gone again. I really hope we can reconnect but I know I've had to let him go and let us both reflect but he's already going on dates again even though I know there must be something there still for him to of seen me weeks ago. Any advice would be so appreciated as I feel very lost and I hope we can re-kindle when the time is right again, but have I lost him? Thank you.

So far, you are the most realistic mentor I have listened to so I will run my situation by you. My x and I had a mutual breakup that was based on lack of trust not lack of love. We are 2 very different people but that was the best part to me me because we enhanced the other weaknesses. Im a focused, professuon and responsible person while he is immune, has low self esteem, chabges job constantly and suffers from the trauma of his fathers suicide and lives with his possedive mother. We lived together for a 4 to 6 mobths twice but seems difficult for him to place healthy boundaries between him and his mother. I grew up in a very loving home with 2 parents that were best friends and truly a remarkable couple. Unfortunately, my x did not grow up with such wonderful role models. He use to make many comments that he didn't know why I would want someone like him. I have no idea what to do except give him time and space to sort his thoughts out. My concerns are that he has the maturity level of a 14 year old and is extremely sensitive. Please let me know how to approach this breakup. He is the sweetest man I know, and I love the way he brings out the silliness in me.

Going through it. It’s been 4 months since he’s broken up with me. Up until now, he still likes me but is not romantically ready for a relationship. And then theres me being ready to get back with him but I know deep down I haven’t fully healed, I really think I need to give him space cause I do text him a lot and always ask to hang out

Hi, I am just wondering how you are doing right now? It's been a while since you posted this. How is your situation now? How are you feeling? It's only been a week since our official break up and yes we are in contact but how did you manage or are you managing your part in all of this? I am struggling with the same dynamic and I am wondering if you have any advice on how to focus on myself from now on. I would love to move on as a couple but I need to heal. He just doesn't know yet.

@@MsAmuay20 thank you for asking! So around December is when I found out he had gotten a girlfriend, which he purposely kept from me. He did say things before like “I’m not ready for a relationship” or “I’ll never date again” , most of the time, it is not you, it is them! Anyways, I did not cry when I found out, I just knew I had to move on. And what was strange is he wanted me to block him and hate him because of everything he put me through. I hardly think of him now but It still gets to me, imagine being strung for almost a year and then boom realize you were just an option the whole time. It really messed with my self esteem. I am still healing from this. Well fast forwards now, I found somebody who loves me unconditionally and wants to remain by my side forever. What me and him have a genuine and beautiful. :) we defiantly believe we are soulmates, and we cringe when we say that 😂 but yeah there is always someone out there who will love you for you are

@@ninadances7086 That is so great to hear I am happy for you that you can move on and found someone who is on your team. 👯 I guess I have to wait and see while I am healing as my ex and I believe we were/ are soulmates and we are just not sure what the future holds right now. Let's see if that will be our reality but yeah some days are just extra hard 🥹. External circumstances makes it harder and I guess I haven't fully accept and embrace the unknown yet. I really wish you all the love and happiness from now on. I wish you to overcome any obstacles along the way.✨

@@MsAmuay20 but honestly, I think it’s better not to keep in contact. It may one of the hardest things to do, but you gotta give yourself space and realize what your worth is cause some of the times we be losing ourselves when we get into relationships. If it’s one thing I regretted was keeping in contact with my ex. He isn’t the type to cut people off so it was hard to stop talking to him. But u sometimes u be the bigger person and go into no contact. Give yourself time to evaluate the relationship. Ask yourself if this person is worth fighting for? Are they putting in the effort to make you stay? Cause You could love some one so so so much and it’ll never be reciprocated so you gotta protect your heart. Always put yourself first! And do not become friends with benefits with them. It’ll do you more damage than what is done. Trust me. Allow yourself to grieve and then move on. Your peace matters more than anything else

@@ninadances7086 I totally get it but I am gonna have to get to the tipping point myself and try not to let others in right now as my head is very chaotic. I guess when I am still here every possibility still has equal chances, I mean it happened like last week. So yeah... Trynna handle my emotions first. May I ask why he wanted to break up with you? Ofcourse the hiding his relationship was a big one but anything else?

My ex boyfriend broke up with me three months ago but we used to talk sometimes. He is sick. Every time I showed care for him he tried to ignored me. The last conversation he told me that he is getting worse so I showed care but he blocked me and I have no contact with him then. He blocked me for almost 3 weeks from now.

Hi Clay, long time no see! After 10 months of separation, she has a new bf. After a month, she's moving him in, and she "loves" him, so yeah, it's serious. I think it's going too fast, but whatever. Now she's in a serious relationship, do I continue building the connection? Hope you're well :)

Sorry You're going through this 😔 I as a female say no. You don't want to waste your time. What I mean is you don't want to wait around, time and aging doesn't stop. What if the woman who is for you passes you by because you're waiting for your ex. Good Luck!!

Hey man, glad to see you. I'd ask you what seems like the most interesting thing for you right now? Do you want to pursue this connection? If so, then go ahead. There have been many who have been in a similar situation who have done so and made things work. If not, then that's also a perfectly fine choice. The most important thing is that you do the right thing for you. Hope this helps.

I say I would love to move on from this as a couple but I also need to heal and focus on other priorities. Your advice really help me as I am trying to understand how to let go yet not give it up. 🌅
