Letting Go Of Pain (Physical & Emotional) - How It's Done
Letting go of emotional pain and physical pain is actually the exact same process.
It consists of learning to "process it" through what I call acceptance.
Once you begin to master acceptance, you will never again find yourself at conflict with the field of experience.
Even discomfort, you will not suffer.
In today's video I'll walk you through how to do it and we/'ll go over an example of both emotional and physical pain. Watch the video here.
Learning this and committing to this will dissolve 90% of your suffering.

His teaching is spot on. Last year, before I meditated and knew what surrender even was, I was diagnosed with a very severe heart issue. Drs had no idea at the time where it came from and why as I was a healthy 32 year old. It nearly killed me. Until one day, I have up the fight. I gave up on the fear and resisting it. I sat in the bath, put my hand on my heart, closed my eyes and an image of me as a 6 week old fetus came up. I watched my heart beat for the first time. I had an overwhelming feeling of love for my heart. Time was non existent so I'm not sure how long this went on for, but when I came back my heart was back in rhythm. Everyday it got better. 2 weeks after that event, I had a specialist appt... My condition was gone :) I've been fine since. Drs have no idea why. Resistance will keep you Ill xoxox

Reminds me of that saying nothing is good or bad but the mind makes it so. The significance and importance we give to something is what creates the inner environment of welcoming or resisting. We get to decide moment to moment whether we are unbias silent observers or get completely entangled in the web of our mind. Ultimately we can create an inner state of peace or turmoil. We get to choose. May we choose peace and harmony.

Ohh thanks Sunny! I broke my ankle over two years ago on the ice, it got better over the year and now most time there is no pain. However, sometimes it does gets pretty painful when I walk. Sunny, at the time when in pain arises I spend in deep regret that it happened in the first place, it was my stupid fault for walking on ice. But now I'm able to find comfort, thank you! 🙏

Just finished my meditation, and then listened to this talk. I have been in emotional pain, and could observe it, there was a physical place where I could feel it, and just observe without judging. I actually did feel easier in my spirit. It did resonate-thank you Sunny.

I really needed this, thank you. It’s physical discomfort that is creating resistance/anxiety & wrapping me up today. Exactly as you said: the impulse is to distract myself, avoid feeling it… run away… emotionally draining, paralyzing even. I’m going to do another session.

This is the best explanation I’ve ever heard for this process (having read David Hawkins’ “Letting Go,” done somatic experiencing, and several similar processes). I guess my mind wondering if the process was actually “working” didn’t exactly help ha. But, when I followed this video to a T, it actually did work (ie. a noticeable release of anxiety). Thank you so much!

Ahhh, Krishna Murti🙏 learned so much from him✨ Appreciate and blessed to have found your voice and your practice here...Living with chronic pain has layers and have been peeling away one layer at a time with grace and compassion. I have fully surrendered to it with open heart and allowance. Being kind and gentle to oneself is so very significant in healing journey. I have discovered more than anything self love is what we all need deeply and then we will have the privilege and the understanding of service to others✨ charity starts from home, it’s been said✨we are all so blessed/loved even if not aware. Awareness state is constant under all conditions, witnessing you like a best friend your higher self this is your true essence that waits you unconditionally whenever you are ready to give permission to emerge and penetrate every aspect of the self... it will happen to all of us little by little for those of us who are willing to let go of the self... the suffering and embrace the oneness that’s open to all of us. Pain was my teacher and I the observer. This practice works. happy 2022 🥳 I already feel, it’s going to be a miraculous year✨🙏❤️

Awesome explanation... I have a question ,you teach too much good on KZfaq why someone will take paid course? Thank you from bottom of my heart... I practice meditation since last 3 years..i can connect your each word. I have OCD in which i get unwanted thought 💭 images etc. And due to it i get anxiety..and because of anxiety i try to mental engagement to rid of these thoughts/ emotions. It's treatment is ERP THERAPY. this therapy said don't respond to these thoughts and notice anxiety will go away by its own..but when someone do meditation then he can make distance with thoughts , emotions and mental engagement. When i don't do any mental engagement then i notice as my right part of brain is lock . No energy flow. But left is awesome ...there is great energy flow.. i relize may be i get OCD because of this stuckness of right part of brain..but now I don't try to rid of this stuckness . I just watch it . Although i feel very hard to switch one task to another task because of this stuckness..bjt it's okay.. it's my life due to OCD...😊 Thankyou sir..🙏

I have a question that I haven't found an answer to: when trying to face the pain fully without resisting (in my case it's emotional pain), I've learned to kind of observe the pain in my body as an if I'm looking at like an "object". In some cases, doing this for long enough, it starts moving in my body and slowly dissipates. However, I have some emotional pain in my chest that does not really move or change, no matter how much I try to observe it like this. It temporarily goes away if I let the feelings take over my whole body and I cry it out, but I only get that "deep" by letting the thoughts associated with it surface freely. Which one is the correct way to face an emotional pain fully? In Letting Go (by David Hawkins) he says the emotion should not be expressed as it feeds the separate self?

It seems that 'letting go' on some level is often (consciously or unconsciously) confused with 'getting rid of'.
@Vdh934
@Vdh934 Жыл бұрын
Exactly… we usually do these practice with the idea that if we do this we will get rid of it… which itself is limited… and it’s mind made but how to let go of this idea itself is getting tricky for me.

@muhammadzia1811
@muhammadzia1811 2 жыл бұрын
Yes, when you believe your thoughts , you suffer. When you believe i am this thoughts , you suffer. The thing is there is an awareness behind those thoughts. Questions your thoughts, who is aware of those thoughts and follow that stillness.

the question how to get rid of this idea is itself coming from the mind, it is not you yet it appears to be you. each time the thoughts pops up declared it as not "me" you will see it just goes by itself, @@Vdh934
