Apple Pecan Salad is my favorite salad from Wendy's. Used to be the Mandarin Chicken but they discontinued it many years ago. For the full size salad I put two dressings, on the half salad I put one, then put the lid back on and shake it up so a little bit of the dressing gets mixed more evenly into every bite.

nuts are a very interesting topic in today's economic climate, as a marine biologist i can tell you most of the nuts used in foreign products such as nutella, vegan by-products, cosmetics, oils and desserts come from the balkan region. With repeated cases of syrian refugees working in said farms. As for plain nuts they are produced in the country they are sold, you see the hazelnut butter might be american but the hazelnuts arent, but the plain hazelnuts are american. Big companies force the balkan companies the sell their resources, there is a huge battle over balkan exports of whether the balkan resources should leave the country as a product or as a resource, especially seeing how profitable was greece's yogurt and cheese, it saved the entire country exporting their resources in a product form instead of milk. A small victory in a never ending war.

Texas also has Pecan trees. I live in the Hill country and I have several trees in my back yard. Fredricksburg TX is also know for it's peaches as well. Like we say here in Texas, we got a little bit of everything. 😉🤠
