Lever does not provide AI screening that I'm aware. AI screening is, for the most part, still a complete myth.

I don't think the construction of these questions signal the level of detail you'd be looking for. Asking for "experience" sounds like you're just asking for years of experience so you may be rejecting good people arbitrarily because there's no way for them to understand the expectations you have. Instead of saying "what" experience - using a word like "describe" will help someone infer that you are looking for more than a couple words.

If I asked “how much” that would be asking for the years. “What” is open ended. “Describe” is a good suggestion, thank you
