Petty deal-breakers are exactly why she's single, in her own words. Grow up or stay alone. Love to know what her foibles are that men would consider deal-breakers, oh wait, most people are mature enough to overlook small things and look for mutually shared interests or qualities. I get somebody saying they don't want to date a gambler or a smoker because it's an addiction, or even saying they don't want to date a cat-owner because they're allergic, but to judge someone on tattoos in a different language, having a cat, and her other long list of demands is petty indeed.

My boyfriend when I met him said he didn't like cats... then he met him n now 12 years later couldn't be without him... plus we've got a little girl cat who is his little princess... holds her like a baby when she sleeps! He's now a happy cat dad!

That kind of "deal-breakers" are actually more about being narrow-minded and judgemental than about anything else. Like "Do you overuse emojis?" ~ what does it matter? If the guy is smart, funny, loyal, honest, well mannered, considerate and shares similar interests with you, then WHAT DOES IT MATTER if he "overuses emojis" ??! Like how *petty* is that? Many women (maybe men too?) focus on all these unnecessary things that seriously have no influence on the relationship itself and what that person is REALLY like. Look at the bigger picture! The little things don't matter. Honesty, intelligence, sense of humor, loyalty, manners ~ that kind of things are IMPORTANT when looking for a life partner! No wonder so many people get into bad relationships ~ but hey, they don't overuse emojis! D'oh.

She was not interested……she was just being polite and not wanting to hurt his feelings……she probably had a male orbiter who she liked better and was already semi- dating. Pay attention to what she does……not what she says. Girls know in 3 seconds if they like you or not…….plus the moment he moved his chair and acted dopey she realized he was more into her than she was into him but did not want to hurt the man with the prosthetic leg. Levi was right about people coupling up just to have someone. Many people are afraid to be alone or without a bf/gf. Many will be propelled by fear or loneliness which can cause them to accept anyone & any type of treatment just to have someone. Anyone. The world is designed mostly around couples. People often wonder what is "wrong" with someone just because they stay single.

And he moving next to her didn't make things awkward for me and I didn't feel like it was awkward for them either.
