levy gets too upset at his mistakes and that takes away the ability to play the next best move in the position. levy, try seeing the game as a constant stream of solving puzzles and trying to get the best move given your position good or bad. not for the sake of winning, but for the sake of playing the game. this will help you find the best moves. but thinking and regretting and cursing yourself over having played a bad or a few bad moves will not be productive and only hurt you. this applies to real life too, everyone has regrets, but sitting around and complaining about it only causes you suffering, instead you can accept it and move on, trying to use it to know what the next best "move" is, whether it's in school, a relationship, or in this example, a chess game. try meditating. its very good and can help you get over these negative thoughts that only serve to cause you suffering.
