In the mornings of weekends, I do deep tissue stretching/strengthening exercises (Callanetics) and after that drink my 2 cups of coffee while watching your videos. This combination of experiences feels surreally good, really looking forward to those all week long 😊. A couple of take outs (making notes for myself for my own crafting sessions). 3:10 The belli band in this journal, made of a collage strip, is similar to the one in the previous JJ, looks extra interesting, I need to try that. The butterflies and the word ‘art’ are just exactly what is needed there. 4:40 This heavy envelope glued to the folded page keeps the page folded. I like the heaviness of objects acting as easy closures. ‘Easy’ is an absolutely necessary requirement for me and I collect those ideas. Thanks!!

Dragena, the new owner has such potential with this lovely and neat journal, along with the goodies that are included. I like the folded triangle signature pages as pockets. Another gorgeous journal Dragana!! 💜💜💜 I love the decorative edging from the punch on your papers. I went with a friend to see the total eclipse in Indianapolis and we went to a few thrift shops, lots of fun and bought several of the edging punches, am excited to try them out. Oh, and the eclipse, although I wasn't really sure it was going to be worth at the time, it was!! So, so awesome to experience, very happy we decided to go. On to the next flip through 😁

Your journals are simply amazing! I am just starting one and I am trying to practice on one of your techniques in order to get some nice pages. Thank you so much! I’m glad you liked it. I don’t have a video on that exact technique. I’ve done something similar in another video, with coffee, clear glue, napkins and deli paper. In case of this butterfly paper, I’ve done the same but instead of gluing the napkin to deli paper I glued it to cellphone bag and peeled off later when it dried.
