Brian Pillman Sr was one of the first to blur the lines of reality in pro wrestling. With the history of his father, King's character arch has so much potential. I would have him fight against being a Pillman and truly become Lexis King until the time is right to let loose and embrace his legacy.

I feel his AEW run was just a bunch of non-starters because whatever strong personality he had wasn't really evident, and while I like Griff he was exactly the same. If King were resigned and still in AEW he'd be on ROH, not necessarily a bad place for him to stretch his legs a bit more but being given such a big push in NXT is great for him and I hope he swims upstream with the opportunity.

Always felt to me when the former WWE flooded the roster AEW stopped the focus on the young unknown talent, gave them a debut and then shoved them to Dark, and at least NXT is more of a showcase than Dark, and their main thing is development, so even people with not a lot of talent will have their shot to have good amount of single matches along the way

We also seen successes like Damien priest so it's gonna be up to him to create a interesting persona beyond " sitting on a throne" he has a entrance, generic but passable music for now, kool couple finishers idk which one he will use consistently tho..iv yet to see a persona I'm clicking with yet but he is still new soo he has time..not too much tho.if he is planing to stay away from the pillman persona, he may wanna change the hair n look over time. I find it weird that he says " I ain't my father blah blah" but then walk around looking exactly like him and changing his hair to look like Brian Sr lol. It comes of disingenuous. @@frostedbutts4340 That’s an easy one num nuts. It helps when you dig up the past “Superstars”(not wrestlers like you WWE “marks” think they are) like Undertaker and Cena because their current roster cannot get the job done in bringing up ratings. You have to better than that clown. The WWE is a Disney theme park show for little kids. Don’t show blood in a cage match, might trigger the little babies watching it like yourself.😭 Brian Pillman Jr. can change his name all he wants, it’s still the same guy that failed in two actual wrestling companies. He’ll do well in WWE, it’s a live action cartoon, it’s even in his name that sounds like it’s from a Marvel comic. And it was AEW that kicked their asses right off of Wednesday nights. @timeknowsfilmsproductions978
@timeknowsfilmsproductions978 6 ай бұрын
@@carlosr6462 I knew going into this reply, it would be the same old Bull💩 coming from non wrestling fans. All sports are entertainment num nuts. Vince McMachon changed the name to sports entertainment to get away from paying the athletics commission, and other sanctions. So, nice try. Orange Cassidy is a really bad example, the guy can actually still wrestle. He puts his body on the line. Well a WWE “Superstar”, jumps off a 2ft latter onto a table that is only a few inches away from it. There is no blood in a cage match, making the cage pointless. The whole reason for War Games(it’s in the name), was to end a bitter feud in blood. It’s just that this generation is so weak, you all get triggered so easily, that they won’t cross over from sports entertainment, back to an actual wrestling company. Vince McMachon said it himself, “I’m not in the Wrassl’in business. I’m in the sports entertainment business”, that was at WCW owner Ted Turner when they were kicking WWE’s ass in the ratings. Vince McMachon even banned the term “wrestling” and “wrestlers” from WWE. There has just been a ton of shoots on wrestlers not being happy with that. And when Edge came to AEW, he stated “I’M FINALLY FREE”. What do you think he meant about that? It’s because WWE is run like a dictatorship, you cannot do anything without permission well under contract with them. And how do I know? I WAS IN THE BUSINESS. I played hockey, soccer, baseball, I boxed and did the martial arts, then went into the business. It was the toughest thing physically I’ve ever done, and I almost broke my neck in it. And I still know people in the business, they’ve been with both companies, and have stated right out that they are happier in AEW, than they were in WWE. So keep on watching that company full of criminal pedophiles. I’ll stick with an owner that comes out respecting the fans, saying “get home safe. And God bless”. Vince McMachon, Triple H, Stephanie McMachon etc have NEVER done that. Because they are trash. And don’t tell me that they aren’t apart of the same 💩 as daddy Vince. Why do you think Triple H avoided the question in regard to his father in law. 🤣
