Some say LG PK3 beats JBL Flip 4, but does it beat Sony SRS XB20 (or XB21) How Does Meridian Technology, "LG Enhanced Bass, 16 watts output" compare to "Sony Extra Bass, 20 watts output" Watch and listen as I turn off and on the "Bass" functions on both speakers in this sound comparison (sound battle). At the time of this video Walmart.ca sells the LG PK3 for $58.

Sony has better mid and mid high frequency response. I get to listen details which not audible in LG but it was sounding distorted. LG has good bass and treble.

The LG sounded more balanced to me. The Sony had a bit of distortion.

Pk3 se percibe más limpio el sonido. En el xb20 se percibe más potencia pero también los agudos se perciben más sucios

The Sony SRS XB20 is louder, but both are good to take outdoors.

Its the pk3 better than the sony srs xb12? I like bass boosted music, edm, trap music so u know i really like BASS music would u reccomend this speaker to me?

I would recommend the Sony XB20 over the PK3 for Bass music. The PK3 Bass is balanced but not deep. If you want to spend more to get better Bass response move up to a Sony XB30, 31, 32. Or JBL Charge 3 or Charge 4.

if you a bass head like me go for sony. but make sure it's XB2 series ,XB3 series or XB4 series.. dont buy those small cheap sony speaker like XB12 or XB10 it trash.. im currently using sony XB40 and i love it!

The LG XBoom Go PK3 sounds very balanced, same frequency levels & sound quality from low volume to max volume, sounds best with all types of music. Battery life is 12 hours when volume at 50% and "enhanced bass" off. The Sony SRS XB20 is a louder speaker, heavier bass, and clearer mids and highs, but sound quality and frequencies change as volume gets to max. Battery life is 12 hours at 42% volume lights and extra bass off. 3 hours battery at max volume. Both sound good at 50% volume, hope this helps you decide 👍

I think Sony is more balanced, you can percept all the micro sounds while Lg PK3 is more Bass.

They both sound good, but the LG is very balanced because it uses "Meridian Technology" it give a very pleasant sound, so Bass is not overpowered nor are the mids or highs.

hard to decide, if you like bass, loudness, lots of treble go with JBL Flip 4. If you like nice sounding music of any genre not too loud but nice, then LG PK3.
