***** _heh....yeah...taken...i was in that movie...yup..._ this is by far one of the worst things you can do when talking to an entertainer. if you think you're being original or cute, it's far from it. the moment you start spouting catch phrases, punchlines, or movie references at an actor, they want to get the fuck away from you as quickly as possible.

Michael Moore He's Irish. He was raised Roman Catholic and does not consider himself British/Northern Irish. The only real difference between north and republic is the religion not the artificial border placed on the Island by the Royals. Anyone from Northern Ireland can consider themselves Irish and you being from there should know its a hotly debated topic and issue. Violence between both factions is still common place.

Bahahahahha "I felt threatened, so I punched him" simple and elegant :D...A lot of "old school" action fans don't like seeing Neeson enter the scene, even though he's within that age range, and was also a boxer and is a very capable fighter. Not that punching out a large 15 year old with a knife is proof of that but it's more the idea that his instant reaction was to go to defense, fight instead of flight. A big kid with a knife can kill just as easy as an adult with a knife so, good on him. That is where learning self-defense really counts, where you can minimally harm your attacker (like some dumb kid who shouldn't lose his entire life over this, but get some sense knocked and talked into him), and save your own hide. Too many people in too many places around the world are too eager to pull guns instead of use their minds, or if that fails, their fists.

Here in the US if you come at the wrong person with a knife you’ll lose your life. So that kid is pretty lucky he only got a punch to the face. There are 2 things wrong with this scenario. 1) he got reprimanded and 2) he was made to think he shouldn’t have punched him.
