I have very recently started watching your videos RELIGIOUSLY. for years I have pondered the idea of van life and travel. I’m 21 and have considered it since 17. I’ve lived on my own since 14 so I have a good idea of what it’s like to be alone. Finding your channel encouraged me to take the leap. I bought a van. You will never regret the adventures with your mom. My mom just passed this summer and I miss her so much. We used to go on a holiday together everyday until she couldn’t anymore. My memories are what I cherish as I adjust to a world without her. Your video is very beautiful.

My young Brittany spaniel suffered similarly after ingesting something near pictured rocks national lakeshore. We thought she wouldn’t survive the night. Very scary. I walked the Camino through Spain in 2015. One of the best journeys ever. Your Mom will be changed I’m sure. So glad you can support her.

All of my dogs have always stayed with their pack me and another dog except my German Shepherd, she would literally go upstairs to bed with my husband by 10 o’clock and I would find her laying on my pillow with her legs up in the air sleeping just like my husband. I will say it again they are the closest dog breed to human beings and it shows.

Santiago Tip Of The Day: make sure you bring (or buy there) moleskin for your toes, heels, and pads of your feet. It's amazing and helps keep the hotspots down and will help prevent blisters. It's a million times better than just plain bandages. I can't wait to see your journey and how your Mom's journey goes. It is an incredible walk.

Sorry to hear Akela was under the weather. Its horrible that some people are so ridiculously lazy as to not discard their trash and waste appropriately. Some people have no decency or sense of ethics. Idk what it will take for them to clean up their whole aspect of being a human being. It is a beautiful country you are in. OMgosh! The dragonflies ❤❤❤. I had a similar experience a few weeks ago in our back yard❤. Thousands of dragonflies. I am 60 and have never seen anything like it. The sunlight was filtering through their wings and it was a magical iridescent dance of light. One of the best experiences of my life!

My vet sold me a product called " activated charcoal paste". Basically, when your four legged Hoover eats something that is making them sick, you can feed them this paste. It's designed to envelope whatever is in the stomach that is making them sick and covers it completely until it is passed normally. It is as advertised.....a thick, charcoal like paste that makes a heck of a mess when giving it to your dog but, it works so amazingly well and only costs $30. Highly recommend.
