Hey Obi, love your vlogs. I have a question for you. I take preworkout and caffeine every workout. And I workout pretty much everyday. How do you manage to not get tired and sluggish when not taking it during an off day?

not sure as i don't really have this issue. maybe take a little break from pre workouts are your body might be getting to used to the stimulus. try just having coffee.
