Life is definitely full of surprises in Positano, you never know what might happen next.
I had nothing planned but was suddenly invited to visit the www.villasangiacomo.com and film the behind the scenes of a photoshoot for the Antica Sartoria store. Even more surprisingly we got roped into dressing up and participating in the shoot as models!
Carlo flew the drone through a very tight space and then another surprise, free end of the day lemon granitas in Nocelle!
We sit down with ‪@leaw‬ and talk about what it's really like doing youtube as a job anad take a look at some of the boats in the bay. Then we say goodbye to Sara and Luca, check out there videos too from our time together!
I had another surprise when I went to buy some bread and tomatoes and found a marching band in front of the shop!

The Stars and Stripes Forever, like the Star Spangled Banner were popular pieces of music and familiar to the Revolutionaries (American). The music of both songs predate the American Patriotic songs. They added patriotic words to familiar and catchy music. I don't know the previous and actual history of the tune used to write The Stars and Stripes Forever but the Star Spangled Banner was written to the tune of God Save The King. Somewhat ironic, but I think it might have been intentional so that the settlers were standing in tribute with the same song as before, but now it had changed be relevant to the new situation. The celebration was on July 2nd and that were celebrating the hole in the mountain. Because it is a cause for celebration, I would love it if Nicki gave us some additional insight into the hole. She and Carlos took us up to see it, several videos back, but i don't remember the story behind it. I mean this kindly, and know that i am also American, but one of the biggest faults of ours is the presumption that the world revolves around us. While a LOT of Italians migrated to America and a LOT of Americans are currently moving to Italy, and I believe the people of both nations have a lot of love and respect for each other, POLITICALLY we have often been on opposing sides. There may come a day when Italy celebrates America and a day when America celebrates Italy, but those days have not yet come. It had absolutely nothing to do with us. Just saying.

Those drinks looked so refreshing, and the size of those lemons were huge. It’s so true how KZfaq can sometime take away from being in the moment because you’re constantly thinking of different shots but it’s so worth it to share the beauty life has to offer with the rest of the world. I have really enjoyed your collaboration with Sara and Luca, It is nice having another channel to follow. I would think the hardest part of being a KZfaqr would be all of the editing and narrating, I have tried it and have such a much higher appreciation for those who do it well such as yourself. The Villa was beautiful, I loved that they took a preservationist approach to restoring the Villa. Thank you for yet another lovely Sunday escape.

Who threaded the bell tower? - ace. Just can't praise your work enough, it has everything and just blends into a cacophony of stunning moments. Like the Beatle's, George Martin Wall of Sound, the impact of your work exhilarates every sense. I hope you do more with Luca and Sara, together you bring out the absolute best in each other and in life in Amalfi. A treasure. There are hidden depths stirring in Carlo's stories, maybe give him his own episode if he ever has inclination.

The question session on the swing bed with sara and luca was very good and a sad goodbye to friends. The drone footage through the church bell tower space was superb kudos to carlo's expertise. Love your shopping videos seeing the aisles ,holly is such a good girl sitting outside waiting patiently for you and jumping into your lap with the firecrackers. ❤️

Poor Holly. I hate fireworks too. Today is our holiday and it will be noisey all night. Our pets get a scared. Just watched Luca and Sara so it was neat to watch them in order. They loved your hospitality and will miss the ocean views. Love those clothes and Sara posted his web site. Pls. watch out for Holly in that heat. The pavement could burn her feet. I am a worry wart. Carlos is so right. If you don’t like something, move on, no need to tell others you don’t like it, just don’t watch and don’t spoil it for those creating or watching. I don't know where to begin on this one. Editing on the Villa was wonderful, ending with the robot mower was a crack up. All of the Holly "cameos" are so sweet, you know how I feel. Lots of cyber hugs and I haven't been able to catch any nasty comments for a while. Just a fab video! I watched this twice already. Damn

My husband and I stayed in Positano September 2019, coincidently when the Festival of Fish was on down at the beach. It was absolutely fantastic. So fun and food was lovely and so cheap, live music by an Australian lady singer…..so funny as we are Australian. Such an unexpected surprise. We loved every minute of our stay, even all the steps!!! I had been wanting to go to Positano ever since I watched the beautiful film “Only You” in 1994 and finally made it, and just before Covid, so so very lucky. I don’t think I would go in the peak of summer as it appears to be overly crowded due to it’s popularity. I love your videos. I can’t believe I have only just discovered them. I’ve been binge watching and smiling a lot! Thank you so much.

Absolutely beautiful vlog. The scenery, the villa, the models, the clothing; everything is so gorgeous. The seating area and the bridal suite are spectacular. Wow! Seeing the dog do his laps was also very funny. The lemonade maker was very kind and his lemons are humongous. Kudos to Carlo for the excellent as always drone footage. It gave a wonderful overview of the villa's location and grounds.
