I don't know you Claire so excuse me if I am making wrong assumptions here but I feel like as a high achiever you are too hard on yourself. There is so much anxiety that comes from trying to reach and even exceed your highest potential. Remind yourself every single day that it is well. Then look around you and focus on the 'little' things that really matter. xoxo

If it's any comfort Claire some countries here in the west like Italy are still old school when it comes to the education system. Then there is America teaching a lot more rubbish than what you want your child to consume. I say we do our best as parents to prepare our children for the world we are living in.
