You know that feeling when you’re facing immense personal struggle but you gotta keep showing up to the office? When all you want is for everyone to leave you alone to get the job done? This is Jenn’s full-time job. The most supportive thing you can do if you think she’s going through something is to give her space to do what she needs to do to pay the bills and trust that she’ll bounce back with support, space and time. If you choose to engage in someone’s real life you can’t expect to tune in each week like it’s a soap opera.

Imagine if she is going through a separation or divorce, imagining being hounded to talk about it while you emotionally are dealing with it. But also Jenn is so thoughtful and mindful that I would think she’s hesitant to post anything about it because one day Lennon could see these videos. That’s not healthy for him to be online all the time and to have the deepest potentially painful moments online forever to be talked about. Talk with grace, no matter how long of a subscriber or follower will you ever have ownership to know anything about her life.

@ceceria8605 ай бұрын
@@MayCR07 There is a rumor going around about them being separated and another crazy rumor of her being with another man because someone saw her??? I do understand why people think they're separated because usually at least once a month you will see a post of them together or a video of them together in one of their channels. She kept saying she missed her kid and wished her kid was with her in her last solo vacay video but never mentioned Ben. She could've also mentioned Ben and there's nothing wrong about the way she expressed and said her kid first because you know, moms miss their babies. I guess some people got a different energy or vibe from her last video and something seemed off. Just because people saw that she has not posted about him in months, people are speculating that they're separated. Ben hasn't posted nothing at all except for her but only her and her kid. Hopefully everything is going well between them.

I really need to learn not to be in such a rush for life, feeling like it’s passing me by. Just have to continue working toward what I want. And also realizing that we have no idea what’s around the corner, literally no idea. We could get the best news or worst news of our lives, so it’s better to learn to control our emotions in the moments when things feel “blah”, because life is still good right now even if I want more out of it.

Regarding the body state check-list 6:52 !! I also believe that as girls and women what we need to take in consideration as well is our periods. I mean literally, the way we feel (both physically and mentally wise) is to some extent subject to the day of the cycle. There are so so many other factors that influence the way we and our bodies feel BUT sometimes we are more tired or irritated than usual NOT BECAUSE WE ARE BAD MOTHERS/FRIENDS/WORKERS but because our body is about to bleed for 5 days or so. I think it's just so important to remember about this, keep track of the period and know there are those times when we need to be a little less harsh on ourselves

i learned the type of person focused on making the optimal / right decisions is actually called a "maximizer" -- people w this personality trait can have decision FOMO and analysis paralysis. the opposite personality type is called a "satificer", someone who doesn't go seeking out more options once they've found one that's "good enough"

Have to add another comment- your point about self improvement and the constant need to be better- I relate to that. In my mid-late 20s, I was SO focused on how I need to be better. The end result was just feeling kinda like shit. I never found self help or modern philosophy books very impactful, because you need to be ready, open, and willing to change for it to work. Just getting a lecture is super interesting, but it doesn't mean that will last or be a sustainable change for you in that moment. Just trying my best while being OKAY with me right now is a much more sustainable approach.
