@@g-reaper2955 You have to push yourself to get the endorphin high. I strongly suggest going on the bike or treadmill for ten minutes before and after the workout, which will prepare your nervous system, improve blood circulation and therefore gains and shorten recovery time. Doing that and lifting heavy will help with endorphins.

Reminds me a lot of the Georgia Guidestones this fitness fanaticy of all those lonely internet dwellers. Makes for better wageslaves
@Anon1gh3
@Anon1gh3 10 ай бұрын
@@AbuHajarAlBugatti How does fitness make people better wageslaves? And what has the georgia guidestones got to do with that? Because this is what I'm seeing - people who merely want to get fit or are inspired or passionate about it are kicked down as "fanatics", when really very few people actually go to the gym consistently and apply progressive overload. Considering the health crisis the occident is in, one would think that masculinity is the last thing you enlightened intellectuals would complain about. Very edgy.

Honestly, I got so tired of this gym bro lifestyle and becoming a gymcell. I don't mean that gymming is bad, it's the best thing you can do if you start from nothing, but cmon, there's so much more in this life to pursue. When I left this gym mindset behind and started doing other things like talking more to ppl, hanging out and generally being interested in life outside the gym, I truly started to feel happier. I got so much more desire to develop stronger communication skills and overcoming social awkwardness cuz I know it's a big problem of a gymrat honestly. I still grind in the gym and take care of my diet, but I just got more interested in real life. I know we all think that gym is what gives us something cool in the end, but frankly it's just an illusion, bros stop missing out on real life and you'll feel so much better mentally. 🙌🏻

as someone whos always been unhealthy and never once interested in working out i recently made the change after a long look at myself and im more mad at my past self now for not doing this sooner. my outlook on a ton of things have changed, im more conscious of the trash that i might put in my body, and feel amazing after a workout where before i used to dread it. it really does take time and dedication but man if it isnt 1000% worth it. still have plenty of flab to go but the change ive already seen after just a few months inspires me to keep up and push it even harder.

Honestly just started at the gym last week after a full year of cutting and home workouts, went from almost 300 lbs and now I’m down to 220, only a week in the gym with semi-strict diet and full body workouts (mainly arms,chest, and abs) and I’m noticing a world of difference, quick question: do pre workouts and creatine help in the beginning or should I wait until I’m peaking in a year or so?

Hey man I started about 6 months ago. Only just decided to hop on creatine now as I'm seeing progression is a lot slower // newbie gains aren't really working anymore. I reckon now would be a good time to hop on if you're still serious about lifting and wanna keep progressing as fast as you can

Notice how most of his day revolves around his workout routine. I would like to see a guy that has a family and a full time job and maybe go to school to have a body like that or even the time for meal prep and two work outs per day when he is middle income.

You can look like this going to the gym 2-3x a week if you are efficient and effective with your workouts and eat correctly. Going more than 3x a week is a waste of time. My physique looks like the wojaks and Im not a gym rat. I have a full time job and hobbies

@@Aksu2113 No. If you have 30 minutes a day you will have the time to do the physical activity which is correct, but it won't save you from your kids, your wife, your life, the depression, the anxiety, your state of mind, your habbits, your sedentary job, the stuff revolving around you. What happens if you train 30 mins like mr olympia then work 10 hour shift job sitting in one place knowing you crave sugar, beverages, some alchohol, the wife made food you have to eat even if not hungry, the kid cries, you drink to dampen it etc etc ?? Yes being fit is a lifestyle, not a fcking workout.

I can't understand how gym rats work and have money for all that haha. And I guess they are all narcissistic and are alone like hell.

I used to eat tuna a lot because of easy cheap protein with omega 3 but i learned that consuming too much tuna, or any big predator in the sea for that matter, can expose you to mercury related illnesses since tuna are top predators and consume varieties of other fishes that have mercury in them. Happens to a lot of people in japan. I only enjoy tuna occasionally now and usually save it for when i get to eat sushi

Meanwhile some days are that lonely and the same just eat, train, sleep that we forget that there are also hobbies and friends and caring about the future self. I have been like this last year, but now I want to improve and live the day instead just being a machine all day everyday. I like your videos !

Hey, I hope you're still on the journey! If you're going to the gym only 2 times a week, find other ways of being active on the other days, maybe go for a jog or biking, work on your mobility, do bodyweight exercises, etc.
