I don’t know why. But you randomly popped into my head tonight at 12:30am. I’m sitting up on my couch feeling anxious and depressed and I randomly thought “I remember when I was in highschool I’d sit up and watch this sweet English woman do makeup and it was so calming.” That was back in 2010. I am now happy crying to see you are still here and still doing makeup and you’re STILL a comfort to me. You’re voice, your smile, your talent. Just wanted to say what a lovely person you are and that you mean a lot to people out there. You definitely meant a lot to me. 💕

I have said it to you on Instagram and I am going to say it here too: so sorry for your loss!! I wish I was there to give you an enormous hug. I will leave that up to Martin. And you grieve how you want to, not how other people think you should. It is okay to laugh and it is okay to cry. And people who know and love you, will be there for you. The make-up is lovely, I love the green eyeshadow. Also I am just like you, I keep searching for things, even when they are in front of me😄

Hugs to all of you , but especially you for being the caretaker for your sisters and doing the work to settle things…it’s a lot. I know because I’ve done it. In some ways it is a distraction, but it’s also painful at times. My parents have been gone for years but I still talk to them often …and so often I open my mouth and something my mom would say comes out. She taught me well. Tonight I was talking with my sister and she was remarking how much her son sounds like our dad in comments he makes-sarcastic and funny. It’s amazing how those family traits carry on, even without the person being there. Family is the best medicine I think. You, Martin, Jordan and the girls will carry each other through ❤️

Hi Lauren, I am so sorry to hear of the passing of your lovely Mum, she would be so proud of you! You have come so far and still rocking it!! I have been following you since I watched you when you did a video on the Cambridge Diet you had me when you said you would of ate a biscuit from the bottom of a bin you were that hungry when you were younger. Then covid hit and we were in lock down, you kept me company with your stories whilst doing your beautiful talented make up. I live in Nothern Ireland so a little bit away....but you are always welcome for a wee cup of tea if you ever come this way!! I lost my mom a year ago today Sept 3rd. I still have good days and bad. More good days now than before. I just keep going pushing on because I know my mom wouldnt want me crying all the time. I really miss her and my dad (2012), when important things happen. I want to pick up the phone and call. Take as much time as you need to fully heal. Long walks in nature also helped me. ((Hugs)). I'm here if you ever want someone to just listen. Love your videos. Learned alot of makeup tips from you. Take care and take time for yourself.❤❤

Sorry for your loss. Feel better. It's a lot financially, inheritance etc. Take care of your health and it's true, stay off the booze for now. It's a barbiturate and if you are feeling down booze will reinforce those emotions and feelings.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I can totally relate. I lost my mum in 2018 and my dad in 2021. It's hard but I try to move ob with my life. I have 2 cats and they help me so much.

Lauren you're doing really well. Don't beat yourself up over crying in Asda or having ice-cream. It sounds like you've all come together to support each other which is lovely. When my dad died it caused a huge rift because half of his relatives got really grabby over his possessions and his money that was left to us. My sister was 16 and had full grown adults screaming at her that "I've just lost my brother." And talking trash about our mum who wasn't allowed at the funeral, to support us... I refuse to speak to any of them. But seeing families come together following such a tremendous and shockiing loss is beautiful. Your sisters will be so grateful for all that you, Martin and Jordan are doing. Look after yourself and remember that it's OK to fall apart at times. 💗

How anyone in customer service could be callous to someone grieving is beyond belief. I work for the government and regularly have people phoning in about the affairs of people who have passed away- these calls can be quite difficult to navigate as a lot of times power of attorney hasn't yet been established etc but I would never dream of being cold/ dismissive. Lauren, be careful about taking care of everyone. You will be stressing. The girls are 27? I didn’t know your dad had passed. I remember seeing him in your video years ago. He drove you to the coast. 😊.

Sending you much love. My aunt died of stage three cancer. Seven months later my nan died of old age (she was 97). Someone at church told me to “…get over it.” This was three days after my nan passed. So please, when all has settled and you’re no angry, complain to a manager or supervisor about how you’ve been treated. One day, someone they love will die, and they will look for empathy from a company. This company needs to learn to have empathy or sympathy. And the cycle of not caring has to stop! Don’t be too hard on yourself for having ice cream. Grief is hard, it’s like waves, it’s also like a surprise visit. Be okay with expressing your feelings with your sisters. It’s okay! They are grieving too. I love you, and am thinking and sending your family love and best wishes. 🧡🧡🧡🧡

Sorry for you lost dear I lost my mom in 2015, I was 22 years old and my sister was 27. I was pregnant when she passed and didn't even know, I barley cried in my early pregnancy because I didn't want to be depressed or sad while pregnant, but eventually I did start crying about my mom I start having bad anxiety severe depression and I had my son very early. It's so hard for me to go to her gravesite I never been. My 6yr old ask me where is grandma can he see her soon he wants to buy her flowers and candy and spend a night at her house he told me, and it's hard to explain to him that she's passed away because he's only 6.

As for the breathing while running have you tried a breath right strip? They are for like people who snore but what they do it open up your nasal passage?

Losing your Mum is so awful. I felt rubbish for so long. Stop worrying about what others think. Just do you. My life carried on and then I fell apart 6 months later. Grief is a difficult thing, you just live through it.

My mom didn’t have a will & it’s been a nightmare. Everyone should make a will quick. Stepparents can take everything. I made my own will quick.

Lauren, have some electrolyte drink, like Gatorade. I bet it makes you feel better. Water isn't enough after you've worked out, especially if it's hot out, and especially if you have heart issues. ♡

My dad passed away in March. Some days still feel absolutely horrible. Some days I swear it’s gotta be a horrible dream.

You're doing ok, tears and all. Continue to heal at your pace. I know you said you're not religious but please take it from where it is intended, a place of love. Look up John 5:28, 29. You will see your mom again...

Talk to her I still talk to my sister I tell her all my news like when Kian was born he's now 6 months he's my focus to help like Lola and he's amazing and my older grandkids send me pics
