I’m glad to see you back. I missed your video’s. Thanks for sharing your update and all your books. I’m going to have to get all of them too, haha. I suspect I have adhd and I suspect one of my children does as well. I could totally relate to everything you shared in this video. Thank you.

Thanks for sharing, Sarah! I have a child who is undiagnosed with ADHD (but checks ALL the boxes), so I'm requesting that book from the library asap!

That is SO amazing that the scripture was brought to your attention, I definitely need to really reach out and get that prayer for the things going on with my mental health, it’s not getting better on my own at all.

Oh my gosh, how did I miss this post!! While you were gone I was really hoping you were okay. I know your health has been a little up and down and whatnot. But, I'm like 3 minutes in and already I'm like oh my gosh....I need to talk to this girl. The charismatic church thing and the toxic relationship thing....I just get the feeling we're in very similar places in life right now. If I never get to discuss any of that in detail with you, just know that I'm praying for you and your family and I understand. Know that these things are all so temporary, just keep looking into those sweet babies eyes and know that they are worth it all. (That's what I do when I'm getting overwhelmed, I have 3 young children and I'm 35.) You're gonna be okay. ❤❤❤❤

Oh my goodness sorry for so many comments again! 🤣 but I always get interrupted multiple times while watching a video. So I started ketovore/carnivore again too because I find it so much easier and basic while I’m also making “normal food” for my kids etc I also just came across Dr. Bright and “steak and butter gal” on KZfaq. It definitely seems like it can help with so many things especially if you go long term 12+ months. I’m definitely going to check out those books you recommended! When I quit smoking I had to quit coffee because it made me want to smoke. Now I can have coffee and feel like I “need” it but I also know I’m a slow caffeine metabolizer…and it doesn’t help my anxiety, I’ve tried to ditch it a couple times but I can’t yet lol I also need to stop dairy but I loooove it all so much 🤣

Wow how funny!! When you did it before did you have any benefits? I hope this helps me feel better because I tired of my body feeling like poop 💩. I'm definitely looking up those channels thank you so much! I totally know what you mean about coffee and cigarettes. I was a smoker 10 years ago and coffee and cigarettes were my favorite and when I quit smoking it was hard for me too smelling coffee or drinking. I think that hardest part quiting coffee is that my husband still drinks it and if I smell it I want it. Praise the Lord today was day 1 without coffee, my husband even hid it from me which was nice lol 😆 I love dairy too, but I'm quiting that next week because its just too hard to quit all of it at once!

@@rollingwiththerouses3918 when I did keto and carnivore in the past I feel so much better once I get past the first week ish, I usually have terrible “keto flu” type symptoms and body aches until I get over the hump. But yes overall My bloating and inflammation go away, no more headaches, better energy, waaay less hunger and cravings. Coffee is always my downfall to starting 100% no sugar/flour and very low carb because I really want to keep my creamer but I just don’t get the same results if I keep using it. I also had to completely ditch any artificial sweeteners because they were making me feel yucky too.

@@HEATHERFREE2486 Yes! I know the feeling with coffee!! Last year I starts using a tablespoon of pure maple syrup with milk to replacement creamer. I'm a week in with no coffee 🙌 The first day was so hard, but after that I've been doing pretty good and no cravings yet. My husband also hid the coffee from me 😆
